Inlaying an emblem

very slick! love that emblem whered you get it? by inlaying do you mean into the wood, like flush?

Thanks. I received some of them in a package from overseas quite a while ago as freebies on a large order. And yeah, inlayed into the wood so it's flush.

I haven't inlayed it yet. Need to get it perfect so that it fits snug and flush.

That's a field commander hat pin. If you search ebay for something like "soviet enamel star" you will find lots. I've been looking at making cufflinks from a pair.

 

If you have extras I might want to buy a couple from you.
