18.25 inch S-12, Dinzag CNC sights, XS Big Dot AK tritum night sights, Tapco Saw grip & G2 trigger, Krebs safety & refinish, Autoplug, JT Engineering Bolt mods, DPH Stock, Ace 1 inch recoil pad, Etac HD weld-in reciever block, Tromix DIY trigger guard, gas plug, and Heavy Hitter firing pin.

 

Time for a side folding CTR stock, like on my Draco SBR, and a RS Regulate Aimpoint H1 sight mount, and I will be done.

It would take some real surgery to remove the weld-in receiver block before even getting to the trunnion! I have considered going with a set of Ironwood wood grips and stock, and cutting and attaching the stock to an Ace hinge. I might just go that route on a future S-12 purchase.
