Thanks all. The mags are all factory 5's other than the one in the gun and its a factory 8. 83 rounds total capacity as it is right now. May pick up another piece of foam and try different configurations.

How did you cut the foam? Knife or hot wire?

Same question. How did you cut the foam? Very clean, I like it!

I cut the foam with an $11.00 Black & Decker electric carving knife from Wal-Mart. Got everything situated how I wanted it and traced around it with chalk, then cut the foam right inside of the chalk lines. The 2 smaller places for Poly Choke and MAA thread protector were just cut with a razor blade. They aren't quite as clean as the rest, but it'll work. Came out a lot better than I was expecting. Thanks for all of the compliments.

MAN I wish we could have SBSs in WA. Well, at least we don't have those monstrous UK barrels.

 

Yours would look great with one of those new $50 RPK handguards.

Mine will eventually have standard ak rear sight, handguards and front sight. Just spending money slowly.
