Do it Hammer. Thanks guys, I had the lower assembled for a while and came to the idea of a 7.62x39 AR after seeing no hope of decent ammo prices in 6.8. Screw that. I'm glad I went in this direction, it works quite well now that I sorted out the hammer spring and walking pin problems. It puts rounds into the target now. Begs for more imported ammo.

interesting concept, the AR in x39. how do you like it?

lol I like it. It runs like a well made swiss watch. I've dumped quite a few 30 round mags worth of ammo flawlessly. It's also surprisingly accurate as well with cheap ammo.
