paintball marker grip?

Yep, the panels are anyway. 05/06 Angel Speed. I originally wanted to use the OEM 05 Speed "90" grips. They look classy and feel awsome. I couldn't get my hands on any in several years of searching. (without buying a whole speed 5)These are "45" Gat grips, and not to my taste.

 

I made the handle at an angle that is my own but mostly followed the outline of the grips. It is currently a heavy solid chunk of 3/4" plate cut to shape with no contours.

 

Once I decided to drill and contour the metal itself as the grip, I had changes in life circumstances that have put the proper tools out of reach. I am just waiting to get a few minutes at a drill press and belt sander before I shed the grips altogether. In the meantime this is more comfortable.
