Word on the street anyway...

Maybe I use take a hammer to it just to see how soft this steel is. I'm just curious to know why it mushrooms out. Is it the fact that it's soft steel or is it the twisted grooves that weaken causing it to deform?

 

Also, what is best to replace this "trash" with? (other than factory puc)

Thanks! I'm liking that one. Seems to make sense how it's designed to seat the puc far forward. Unlike the other pucs that have extra space to where you can hear them clacking around when you shift your gun around.
