No problem setting up a 1000yrd range out there.

 

I'll the second ridge vent.

And I'd raise it off the ground about 2-3' and build a roof over it... Ventilation and shade will go a VERY long way out there to keeping it cool.

 

Do you know if there is water, got a well in the works yet?

 

Be wary of rattlers, scorpions and two legged varmints.

A small amount of square footage can work great when surrounded by a lot of fresh air

Solar panels with fans or AC would be killer

 

I'm jealous,that will work, I'm sure you have some plans for making it more comfortable in the years to come,anything that gets you away from the masses is a dream come true and to have your own shooting range 2 feet away from your front door, whats not to like!!

I bought 8 solar panels for it.. and 96 amp charge controller (Midnite Classic).. ready to go.. just saving next batch of pennies to get there permanently.
