Second thought:

Good way to make one thing a meth head would want to steal to trade for drugs look like another.

Still, that's pretty cool.

If you want to put your rifle in something that will assure it doesn't get stolen, you put it in a safe. If you want to carry the same rifle with you on the jobsite in a rough part of town, and aren't stupid enough to leave it sitting anywhere unlocked or unsupervised... ya put it in a sawz all case. Makes perfect sense to me... Am I missing something? After all it works almost like a sawz all in rapid fire...lol.

Good job! Very smart not advertizing your weapon and thereby scaring the anti-gun folk plus attacking criminals wanting more firepower. My Saiga 12 goes in a non-gun case so no one knows what I have, just like you.

Theft deterrent? Since I don't leave my guns unattended, I'm the theft deterrent.

Do some of you leave guns unattended???

The stealth nature is only to prevent people from knowing what I'm carrying as I transport it.

"I'm the theft deterrent." Darth Saigus you're amazing.

Unfortunately Darth most of us have to leave our guns unattended from time to time. Example: When I go to court, the supermarket, the Post Office, picking up a child at school, in an establishment that has a no weapons allowed sign when I have a meeting there, etc.

Maybe a DeWalt hard case isn't the best deterrent but it's better than carrying a gun case where more problems may happen. I carry my shotgun and rifles in a non gun case but I will not say what. You never know who's listening/reading.

Long guns

Especially when I go to a restroom outside of my home I keep my Saiga 12 inside the car or trunk (UK-boot). What I do is disable my firearm in addition to it's disguise. I will take the bolt out and carry that on my person in a pouch. Sometimes the bolt carrier is removed and placed under a seat where someone will have to waste time and effort looking for it.
