Nice, real nice. I've found it almost impossible to find a buffer to go M4 my SAM7R-61, I'm amazed to find so many upgrades not available for a milled receiver. I like what you have done with this.

do you make one like this for rifle ak's?

We are testing these on Saigas and other AKs as well.

how is it secured into the ak?

VEPRs use the "T" nut and front trunnion screw hole. Saigas will use the same plus can reuse old trigger axis pin holes as well for additional securing to receiver and filling holes.
