I like it a lot.

Time to eat my own words on VFG: this one is exceptionally versatile.

Very sturdy, light for its size; steel-reinforced legs, fast deployment.

 

Larger than I'd like, but once in its open position, height is near perfect for me.

 

Unlike my Harris bipod, Grip Pod is not adjustable for uneven height.

Still, a gem overall.

THEY MAKE A GEN II NOW, WITH ONE OF THOSE FLIP-LATCH THINGIES INSTEAD OF THE PICTURED SCREW-DOWN.

 

WHAT KIND OF OPTIC MOUNT IS THAT?

 

ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE FOREND MOVING AROUND AND CAUSING A WONDERING ZERO?
