My barrel is already 19". I'm thinking of going shorter. I'll be abiding by all applicable laws, I just want to know how short I can go without affecting reliability. Anybody have any estimates?

first of all, let me just say thank you for posting this tutorial. second of all, i need some clarification. Forgive me if i'm stupid, but are you saying to just use one 5rd magazine spring in this 10 rounder? wouldnt that make it unreliable?

cool stuff: a "Range Hot" and "Range Cold" light on each range so dumbasses wont send rounds downrange when I am re-setting my targets.... a simple range flag (red when shooters are present) on each range, so when i know to put on my ears before getting out of the truck and getting an eardrum full of .50 BMG ( I have seen idiots get out of thier trucks and complain whent hey didnt put on thier ears, and I cut loose with my S-12....dipshits) Vending machines with cokes, water, etc....very usefull in the summer, and another profit maker to boot.... ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I want to modify my 5 round mags to fit 6. I had my mag apart last night and it seems like if I just shave a lil bit off the bottom of my follower, I could fit that 6th round in. I'd hate to ruin my follower though since I only have 2 mags (I refuse to pay current prices for anymore) Question is: How much is safe to shave off? Additional question: Would I have to modify the spring, too? Any input/feedback/questions/comments/concerns would be greatly appreciated!!
