  1. Hi

I saw that you bought a saiga S12 krink from etac. I also have one and I need to have it engraved. Which location did you have it done to? Thanks

  2. thanks for your help.
  3. What exactly should I put i the manufacturer/ country of origin part of the form 1 for my 8inch saiga 12? I have never filled out a form 1 on an import, I would great appreciate the help. Thanks
  4. I was wondering who in this forum has an E-tac saiga 12 on order? I have had mine on order for several months and I know that the owner, Esteban, has been running slightly behind in this production. Has anyone heard from him? I tried calling him on his cell several times with no success. I was just curious if anyone has talked to him and knows where he is in the production status.
  5. I know it is a defense situation, but arent you worried about going deaf firing a shotgun inside?
  6. Can anyone tell me if there is really any recoil reduction of the vented polychoke versus the non vented? I'd appreciate the input.
  7. The only thing "pointless" concerning what you conveyed (although... "silly" would be a more appropriate adjective) is the notion of engaging something/anything at the distances of 50 to 75 yards with a 8" SBS. Sorry... but that's.... Okay, you're relatively new here so I'll try and play nice... and not slander you. Sure, you can go to the firing range and have fun trying to hit targets out at those distances with a SBS... but don't expect any of the veterans firing to your left and right NOT to chuckle. As hogdog mentioned, "...if you can afford one, why not?" H
  8. I am getting an 8 inch SBS saiga conversion with pistol type sites on it and I have been weighing the cost of buying a red dot site for it. I am going to be primarily shooting 00 buckshot and slugs with it with probably 50-75 yards will be the furthest targets I will shoot with it, is a dot site really necessary? I am having pistol type tritium sites installed on the front rail because I dont like the idea of not having iron sites on a gun. If I went with any site it would be the aimpoint t-1. What does everyone think of the idea of a red dot site on a SBS? pointless?
  9. How will recoil reduction of this brake compare to the shark brake?
  10. I sent you a PM, I have a couple of questions about your build. You guys stop ordering from E-TAC, you are slowing up my order! (just kidding). I can't wait to see my Shotgun. It is going to be done in Esteban's brown and black lavacoat. Then, he's working on a .308 which is going to be done in a winter camo scheme. It will have a rail and a vertical grip, and a few other goodies. Should be interesting. WJ What configuration is your shotgun he's building? What type of stock and sites?

  12. Hey, I first want to say hi and that I am a new member to this forum. I decided to finally get a saiga 12 and I am currently having e-tac build me a 8 inch krink style saiga 12. I was wondering what the best route was to go as far as a folding stock goes. I want something that is confortable. I see that most of the guns are being built with an ace folder or tromix folder. Which is the best route to go? I plan on using an Aimpoint micro on the front rail of my gun. I'd appreciate the input. Thanks. -
