All, It is only fitting that I post in this thread after 2 years of not posting here. I will be brief... I too took my licks from some of the folks here. No permanent harm done! Cobra thrashed me pretty good and Juggs slapped me down for breaking forum rules...Oh well! None of that mattered at the time. In the end, I met "remotely" some good people some that sympythized with my situation, some that were in the same situation, and some like Tony R, etc that offered some offline advice that helped me see a little more clearly what was happening. Guys, This issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. I am without the gun that I wanted but at least this issue for me is laid to rest. Thanks to CK43001 for keeping me in the loop as needed and answering my PM's promptly. Also, thanks to everyone on this board for their input regardless of their position on this issue. Cobra, Well said. I agree with you probably more than you realize. I have no desire to be in here discussing this openly, it benefits no one, except maybe the prospective buyer/customer. I am not an angry person and did all I could to prevent posting this crap here, but it is impossible to work towards solutions when it is a one sided discussion. Also, I have no problem with protecting sponsers when unreasonable expectations are slung at them, but this is not a Mike D. type situation, IMHO. As it relates to my post count, I am very aware of how you and others feel toward us Noobies.

They had your weapon for nine months and still have your money. Was anything done to your weapon in that time? Is your shipping to be refunded since they (to put it mildly) defaulted on their contract with you? Did they ever indicate that something had been done to your weapon? Gr8Santini, I am in the market for an XCR, but am little nervous about taking the plunge, mostly because of the negativity you hear on the boards. Did you buy them from a local dealer or get them straight from Robarms? Know anybody that has them in stock or coming in soon? What is your overall impression of the gun compared to AR15's? I have both AK's and AR's, but the one that got away was Daewoo K2 that I traded for a CAR in 89'(off brand-stupid me???) Just interested to hear it from some of the XCR owners. BTW, thought I saw some of your pics on the XCR board. Ive been lurking over

CK43001, I am not going respond to all various things that I could say about your commentary. Let me just work towards what we both want... that is a solution. I will enumerate my thoughts and you can respond accordingly... 1) I do not know you, so I have to assume based on your avatar??? that you represent Esteban and his business. Yes, I have seen some of your post and some of the post that contain some of Esteban's finer pieces. Just explain your position and clarify why you can speak for him. I think I know enough about you. You are unwilling to do any research beforehand. It doesn't take much to see that 1) Esteban does good work and 2) He tends to run behind on his deadlines.
