Carbon Offsets.
righttoown replied to SaigaNoobie's topic in General Discussion - Any topic is welcome here!!!
I'm breaking out my Ivory handle .45 blackpowder ruger stainless revolver, dumping 30 grains of FFG backpowder down the pipe with a hornady .45 round ball on top and lettin rip. Man I love the smoke from that blackpowder! Hows that for carbon footprint. -
Pat Buchanan's message to Barack Pat Buchanan is one of the few in the media who has the gonads to tell it like it is, i.e., no political correctness here. My hope is that you are not offended. Wolf Buck Shot
righttoown replied to righttoown's topic in General Discussion - Any topic is welcome here!!!
Thanks, Sounds like a good idea. -
Yet another back order notice from Sportsman's Guide for the Wolf 250 rds buckshot. My orignal order date was 3/17/08 and this is the 3rd back order notice. Now they say expected ship date is 06/17/08. I am not holding my breath to get it for the price of $114.97 they told me when I order it back in March either. If they ever get it I am looking for them to send me notice telling me about the big price increase. I may tell them to keep it.

I remember reading a while back that the Vest Guy who is a vender on this site was request a MD drum some he could make a pouch for it. You might ask him and see if he ever got one.

Could someone tell me which length Ace skeleton stock would look or best fit an S-12 sidefolder conversion with the FCG moved foward and the receiver cut to the proper angle with a tromix receiver plate welded on. They List 9.5 ,8.5, and 7.5. I would use the 1" pad.

Opinions on a C&R
righttoown replied to shaneman153a's topic in General Discussion - Any topic is welcome here!!!
Thanks Jackb that cleared up all my questions on C&R. -
So if you were going to weld it for a sidefolder conversion you would have to have the receiver cut to the correct angle, cut the tang and could use the Tromix SPG 34 receiver backing plate and the Tromix SPG38 folding stock mechanism and then this would fit to a Tromix SGP44B stock. Or you could just cut the tang off the rear trunnion and use the Tromix SPG43 stock adapter with the SPG38 folding mechanism and the stock? Would the welded way be stronger than the internal block? Thanks for your help!

If you did have a C&R and bought firearms that were C&R and later on you wanted to sell some to get something else what would you have to do? Go through an FFL?
