I LOVE DuraCoat. I'm a very big fan. Easy to apply and no stink when baking. Peel and spray camo templates are to simple. They sold me on my first try. Good prep, good finish. when I painted a piece of flat stock steel and let it dry, I hit it with a hammer. The metal dented and the finish didn't crack or chip. Sold for life.

I'm thinking for my 12 I'm bored, need a project.

Banshee, I had one of those in 7.5mm. I did the mod for the thumb safety on it. Sold that, Bolt action guns don't hang around here for more than a year or two. LOL I did keep all the stripper clips, they hold the 308 for the MAS 49/56 I will agree, Century made some short cut tubes and bad chambers, but it's an easy fix. If the tube wasn't cut to short the sealant they used at the gasport sucked. I replaced the seal on the gasport and had the chamber reamed, runs good now.

Not to odd, but it sure is ugly. The French never made a good looking weapon in my opinion. MAS 49/56

I like the Ultimak I have. I currently have a red dot mounted on a G kit I built. They are a solid mount and made to last. The mount replaces the gas tube and I had no issues with the lower handguard. I've been wanting to get one for my Saiga 12. They make them for damn near everything now and prices are around $90. If your looking to place one on a .223 Saiga you WONT need the shim kit, the barrel diam. is a go for standard mounts. Down side - Gotta remove the mount to clean the gas port. But then again, it's an AK. You don't clean an AK, you wipe the smud off of it and throw another ma

Spray on bedlinner is a closer match also. MTC > Strip it and shoot it with DuraCoat.

Nailbomb has first on the FR's if I sell them. I'm not big on bolts, left handed and all you know. I'm good at them, weird kinda, but I grew up with a Enfield 303 in my hands. I grab the bolt with the left and twist the rifle around with the right hand. Cant reallly explain it.
