  1. OK, like I mentioned in a earlier post of mine. My shooting and rifle owning experience has been limited to mostly bolt deer hunting guns fro the last 20 years. Mainly remington 700 series of various calibers. So this being my first semi and first homeland defense type weapon I noticed a few things this weekend while shooting. Mainly while trying to fire rather quickly and still be on target. Recoil is a huge problem for me. I'm a rather small person and it was quite a PITA trying to keep the muzzle down. So......   3. I gotta tell ya I haven't had this much fun shooting in a long time. Got a 7.62 about a week or so ago. Fired about ten rounds thru it last week when I first got it, but waited until I got my conversion done before i went to the range with a full pack of ammo. Bwahahahahhahah... after 20 years of nothing but using bolt rifles for hunting and the occasional shoot in the back yard. I had forgotten how much fun just sending loads of ammo down range can be.   4. Noob here. I'm not a noob to guns, been hunting all my life, But I just purchased my first Saiga today. Since it's my first non-bolt action type rifle I got few questions. Conversion, I've watched the video found on this site and am looking for more info on what i need to do it. I have my own machine shop so doing it should be no problem. But what does the dude in the video mean when he says compliance? And do i need to purchase a new trigger group or can the old one be used? or do I need additional parts when I move the trigger forward? Ok I'm off to search fro more de
