  1. Please don't feel bad, people hammer us frequently and they are intiled to do so. We do the best we can to bring meaningful/useful things to market if something we do inspires something better as I said before thats good for industry. Our industrial prowess as a country has diminished because far to many innovative things are not happening in our country. If someone makes a better stock adapter than mine I'll try to improve on what they did thats how we advance and grow. Drive innovation guys and we can restore our industrial leadership in the world.
  2. We were going to do that on the first prototype as it was bigger and had more room for it but with the size and shape we ended up with I'm afraid it would weeken the strength of the part. It will however except all the popular single point attachment plates.
  3. Muffinman, Thank you for your thoughts, In manufacturing today the mindset seems to be, "lets find a cheeper way to make more of the same so we can make more money". Our mindset is make a better product and you can charge more for it, same end result for the manufacturer yet the industry advances and the customer actually gets a better product. The Vltor tube is a good innovative product, I used one for several months and it helped me figure out what to do to ad more value to ours when it was being designed. I hope someonne will take our idea and advance it as well. I hope to myself but if som
  4. No apoligy needed ObiWan and I'm serious about your stock, send it in and I'll send you my thoughts on it. It's all about growing the AK industry. I talk to as many guys in the AK industry I can just for the purpose of bettering the whole picture and growing the popularity of the AK in the western world. We wanted to make a folding version of ours which is something I don't have time for right now but if you have a good one at this point it makes my customer happy when I can advise them on a part that will get them what they need even if we don't make the part. It's good business for all invol
  5. Hello Guys, I'm sorry I don't get here more often but I'm a bit busy these days. I was alerted to this thread and thought I would try to answer some of the questions posted. First off, I have no engineering degree but in my life I've built a lot of structurial items. I don't claim to know it all but when it comes to the AK and it's varients I have a fair amount of knowledge of the system and how it operates. I have spent 1000's of hours testing on anything I design or build. We are know well for standing behind what we do and the reason is we seriouslly T&E our product. In the case of
  6. We have been using Norrells exclusively for 2 years, everything Tony said has been my experience as well. I refinished one of my machineguns with Norrells over fresh park, I didn't think it would survive the heat but 3-4k rnds later it doesn't look any different. Norrells is good stuff
  7. Just got done installing 10 of these yesterday and they are nice. I tac welded the screws on the outside of the gun and filed them flat to keep them from ever working loose and they look like rivets now. Great product guys
  8. Brian Good on you for moving up. Thanks for all the great products. Jim Fuller
  9. Looking for S-12 folding stock latch assembly. RUSmilitary says there comming in at the end of June, But Customer wants one now.
  10. It would appear that the Russians have truly discovered capitalism
  11. I won it, probably paid to much (321.00) But I have a customer who really wants one bad. Thanks for the heads up. For the record Clyde at RAAC told me that the Russians were possibly going to offer the Saiga with a dempiled reciever for an additional cost.
