Anybody else having problems since the 1.06 patch came out with feeling like you're about a half second behind your opponent all the time? I played some today and had a very hard time getting a positive KDR. Seems as though I was always slow on the trigger in the Kill cams but was firing first in my view but it was every game not just once in awhile like before. I dunno maybe it's just me sucking it up but even the Combat training was doing the same thing to me. I think I'm going to stop reviving 2nd chancers as they are just really annoying. That's freaking nuts I call that cheating to the max. Now I know how the Bo's game is not getting fixed he's too busy hacking other stuff . Man I think BO's is actually getting worse again with the host migrations and such I couldn't get a whole match in yesterday until late at night in the afternoon it was connection interrupted, host migration and lag like crazy tried 4 times to get a match in and they all lost connection. Are you still liking the MP5K with SA? My son said it sucks I said man it's like Aimbot almost but he says he can't do anything with it.

Forgot to add that I did get the Turtle Beach PX21 headphones and so far I like them alot. I could hear guys swapping mags from quite a distance and hear grenade pins being pulled and the foot steps were kind of confusing hearing them from all directions. Heck I even heard a wolf howl on the Array map when I went up by the transformers at the top of that hill. I heard flies buzzing around the garbage dumpster on Havana also. So now I have equipped one class with Ninja to silence my own feet and see if it helps at all.

I'm thinking about getting a different headphone setup as I get tired of having mine die as we're playing. I was looking at the Turtle Beach set's so do you recommend them or not? It would have to have at least a 10' cord though as I'm about that far from the TV. I see the model for $59.95 one for $79.95 and one for $149.95 which is 7.1 dolby surround sound. I like the FAL better but Superhawk likes the M14 better his buddy Cade tried the M14 then the FAL and he said he likes the FAL better also. I think for me anyway the FAL stays on target better and it's not as long and it has better stopping power if you go by the ratings on the game it is 8 out of 10 on everything. I have much better luck with it myself and I have used both quite a bit. I do put the grip on the M14 also but it still seems to me to have more recoil than the FAL and it seems to take just a bit longer to ADS with it. Yeah the mics cut in and out quite frequently, though it does seem to be Cade (bmxer2520) most of the time. He also gets booted from matches the most but I think it has to do with his internet as Superhawk and Cade have said he has a not so good ISP and his NAT is strict almost all the time. For some reason when I get invited by my son to join matches I usually end up with bad lag compensation,which has been explained as game play looking normal until you see the kill cam. No it was just a aimbot match with the super jumping I guess but the second match was a challenge match where he got all the emblems and titles unlocked as well as all attachments for the weapons and all weapons unlocked also and it leveled him up to level 70 of the first prestige. Never tried anything for my sleep habits. Funny thing is, the only time I slept as long as a normal person, is when I was working 3rd shift and sleeping during the day. While I agree with you I will say that if the shotguns in BO's had the range of the Spas or the Striker or the M1014 it would be alot easier to swallow using one as a primary weapon, heck when I snipe on MW2 I carry the Spas around and get quite a few kills with it even though it's a pump gun. I as you guys know have been having multiple problems the last 3-4 days also. Superhawk and Bmxer also said yesterday that they were having alot of problems. I don't know about you guys but I think it's getting worse not better. There seems to be more lag situations and lag compensating sucks. I have been reading page after page about these issues on the BLOPS website and have been gaining a better understanding of what is taking place there are some pretty smart guys on there that explain the issues quite well. IIRC it was Cade, Superhawks buddy that called you Kardashian and we said "you mean Kalashnakov" and he said "yeah whatever". But later on he mis-spoke again we all got a kick out of it. He's the kid that couldn't get his Raman noodles to boil that one night also and someone asked him if he had turned on the burner which I guess he had not, that was quite funny. You don't happen to remember his username do you? It may not be a hack though ask any of the guys I play regular with I can fire the heck out of that thing (not trying to brag as I'm just an average player at best ). It does occasionally cause it to go full auto also but sometimes it just stops firing as I have heard there is supposed to be some kind of filter to keep guys from being able to make it full auto as they could in MW2. I've had it happen multiple times Dan as well as my RC-XD falling through the map floor several times. Seems to happen with the CP most of the times on Nuketown for me although I've had it happen on almost all the maps at one time or the other. The RC-XD would just fall right through the floor as soon as i deployed it and you could see it falling underneath then it would just blow up on it's own. I have even fallen through the map a few times myself. I'm more disappointed right now with the members of our party not making it into the lobbies together almost always takes several tries.

Georgiapd gave you all the info you should need I would not let this happen and you shouldn't either it could lead to some serious ramifications if you do. But I agree with some of the other comments also I would not personally go back down there I would try to handle it from out of state just in case they do have a standing warrant for your arrest.
