Almost every black strap you see is a pocket flap with velcro and a snap on it. The ones around the bottom appear to be pistol or smg mag pockets. The 4 larger straps at the top cover 'piggyback pockets ( two pockets )' with the bottom of the outside pocket have web straps for bottoms (for drainage, I'd presume). Can i ask where i might purchase one from?

Bump because i wanted to change out the shitty barrel that i got ripped on, on a century arms tantal. I noticed some good chrome lined ones on line also but like you said they where bulgarian. so any one know.............................
