  4. I have win chokes in my first S-12 Old Reliable, and I have a treaded mondified on my new S-12, a Choke is needed to knock down stubbern steel targets.
  5. In the Saiga ADKAL shoot off both guns need to be stock or set up pretty much the same. Or how is this give two roughly equally skilled shooters $1000 and have them both put together a Shotgun and shoot it in a match?
  6. I have 3 good reasons to go one my prom date from 1981 lives in Phoenix and we have been very close over the years but events and timing have kept us apart for most of our lives. Second I will be finished with my MBA and ready to retire from the military and it's a big expensive gift to me from me.
  7. He must have been doing shows on the Food Network
  8. I took my clear agp and made two half clear mags. I like AGP 10, Izmash 8s, and MD 20 rd drums maybe some one should do a poll on the best S-12 Magazine
  9. I think a healthy competition between both platforms would be good for both. The ADKAL might force the price of the Saiga to come down and quality to go up let's hope for the best.
  10. Klinka screwed me so I'd never in 10 million years buy anthing from them. Delta Point on the barrel it co-witnesses provides great field of view
  11. I have both now, this gun is fitted with a JT Engineering magazine release and mag well that takes AGPs If I go to a match were Drums are okay this is my baby, I have 3 AGP ten rounders and 3 Russian 8s along with 2 MD Arms 20 rd drums and a few OEM 5s

  14. 32073 Orange Park, Currently living in Seattle but 32073 is home
  15. Jim I have to say I have a possible ar 12 guage design in my head once I retire from the military (next year) I will start seriously working on it myself.
  16. I still believe that if Remington or Mossberg made an AR looking box fed shotgun it would find instant acceptance in law enforcement, in competition, and the general public. That is assuming that the weapon was reliable and priced reasonibly. Just look at the number of Saiga shotguns that have been sold inspite of the price jump and the not so respectible quality of some guns.
  17. Do this poll again in about 5 years. Currently the S-12 is my choice. But I'm open minded enough to understand that newer designes can surpass the old. I just chaps me that a US Gun Company did not come up with the idea to make a mag fed shotgun wrapped up in the skin of an AR.
  18. I do a lot of business with CSS and will continue to do so. 5 out of 5 stars for CSS! Thanks guys!
  19. I did not see the show but I can't say I'd really expect much from it. It's just kind of a silly show.
  20. you wanting to sell the Nikon? I need an optic for my back up rifle. Back Up AR will now have my old school PK-01 Automatic brightness control model with a 3x flip away Vortex magnifier. Should make a pretty bad ass combination.
  21. I wend with Rainier Arms upper on both my ARs. I like to keep things standard. It allows for flexibility in the field if necessary. I have an opinion on flat top ARs here it goes if you have a flat top get rid of that front sight but a flat gas block on or a flip up. I am all about nothing in my field of view to obscure targets. Above is my Rainier Arms/DPMS all finished I had a tube style red dot and thought I'd try the C-More and it works fine with the 3x Vortex magnifier. Below is my Mega Plinker is an old cast Olympic Arms Plinker they used to cost about $400 and were both acc
  22. I have an old school PK-01 on my Beretta CX4 Storm Carbine and I love it, mine has the auto brightness control <a href="http://s86.photobucket.com/albums/k120/Topmaul/?action=view&current=pictures260.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k120/Topmaul/pictures260.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> buy the way Klinka optics screwed me and I will never in 1 million years do business with them again.
