  1. There is money to be made with the Adkal/Saiga rivelry once one really starts! I think that also the Xrail system has people's attention now tubefeeders can go 23 rounds in the gun to start then stick a speed loader in every 4 or 5 shots and never run dry. If you ask me a fully loaded Xrail would make the weapon unwieldy but they had to do something to counter the Saiga and 1919. When inovation failed they simply changed the rules. https://www.xrailbyrci.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Session_ID=8beb6355cb70aa108adc3b02ba2b1ae6&Screen=PROD&Store_Code=xrail&Product_Code=1103-0001F

    AGP Mags

I just ordered 3 more from AGP tonight!
  3. Can it work with AGP mags? Enter me in the contest please.
  4. I have just done an about face on my 3 gun rifle. I had an Olympic Arms Plinker a pretty old one this gun was the one of the cheapest ARs on the market. I've had it for years and I've shot it for years. The gun never once jammed on me and I'm not religious about cleaning it. Also the gun has always been very accurate. But It had an A-1 carry handle set up and was not exactly sexy. So last week I put a flat top on it and a new gas block then I put my 1x4 30mm variable scope on it. Weight is an issue with my other AR. It was getting too heavy.
  5. I think Pauly hit the nail on the head.
  6. It's like peeing in a wetsuit for divers we all do it.
  7. So what are you using for glass on your guns? My Beretta 92 I have a Delta Point 3 moa dot My Saiga 12 I have a Delta Point 3 moa dot My AR is have a Vortex VIPER PST 1-4x24 Rifle scope. I really like the Delta Points, the PST needs a bit more time at the range but I think it will work out just fine. For my Saiga I mounted the Delta Point on the barrle forward of the gas selector. it's a bit unique but it works for me.
  8. I just put a 3 lbs Timney trigger in mine yesterday tomorrow my quad rail should be here then that gun will be finished. I'll post pix once its done.
  9. I for one really wont to see this platform take off but it seems to me to have fizzled a bit. The gun was cool and the price was right. So what was wrong with it? I remember when the Saiga was $250 all day long no one was interested in it (execpt for a few of us) then the price shot up and every one wanted one. Go to any Multi-Gun match and you'll see many Saigas today
  10. There are so many sponcered shooters now and so may sponcers that money is starting to take over the sport so it stands to reason that companies with inferior products like tube feeders would not want to give any advantage away. USPSA/IPSC is not the only game in town. I just can't wait for the MKA 1919 to show up in matches in big numbers. Also Open division is where the money is, it's not unusual for an Open Shooter to have 10k in his weapons and accessries. I'm about to drop another $300 today on my AR to upgrade it. It's going to be a great rivelry and add to the sport. It might ev
  11. I'm to invested in the Saiga platform to dump it no matter what I'm going to focus on improving my S-12s. But and it's a big but I may buy an MKA-1919 because very interesting. And it comes free of a lot of Saiga issues. My guns are mostly for competition, they have secondary roll as defense guns. in that roll I want something that will work if dragged behind a vehicle through a mud puddle or driven over by a truck.
  12. I bet the MKA 1919 put the fear of God into European and American shotgun makers. The Saiga was bad enough now there is another then another pretty soon tube feeders will be religated to other divisions and Open will be dominated by Mag feeders.
  13. I have to say that rule is a bunch of bull shit and it pisses me off good thing a lot of matches are not ipsc and have their own rules. I see a lot of Saigas out there now. I remember when I had the only one in some competitions.
  14. I think the 20 rd drum is fine I don't fine it cumberson or bulky I like them that's why I own more than one
  15. I am so going to be there, at the NW challenge I used my drums and Russian 9s this time I'll have AGP mags with a mag well!
  16. What can I expect form a Saiga 308 at 300, 400, and 500 yards I see impressive groups at 100 years but I need my 308 to hit at a bit more range.
  17. There goes the neighborhood Saigas are just getting too popular
  18. A few years ago I bought a stripped lower, then when the "Great Panic" happend I bought a DPMS upper which featured a full size gas system on an 16 inche barrel it had an A-2 upper. Since then I put a flat top on and a flip up front site. eventually I put a Viper PST 1 to 4 zoom tactical scope I'm very happy with my rifle A lot of my parts are from the Rainier Arms bargin bin so I did save a little money there. The gun has an Ace stop full size buffer and spring, Olymic Arms Fire control group Rainier Arms flat top upper SNS Lower Troy ambi mag release Safety is reversed for
  19. I'm pretty happy with the delta point I have one on my S-12 also
  20. I use a Beretta 92FS with a Deltapoint right now. For IDPA I use a Beretta PX4 Storm 9mm What do you use?
