  1. Thank you! That's about what I thought.
  2. The only way I found to remove the safty lever is to first remove the bolt hold open lever as it blocks the hole. You may also need to remove the sear and trigger group. As for the gas tube, you have to remove the gas block. I have tried to do this on a saiga 20 and the bottom pin was no problem. It is on the bottom front of the gas block. I have had a post and getting no help on removing the top pin. The one that also holds in the detent for the gas adjustment. Om my s-20 I have hammer the heck out of the pin and it will not budge. It should punch out from either direction I have been tol
  3. I need a little advice/help. I am trying to remove the gas block on my Saiga 20 so I can drill out the gas ports so as to cycle low brass shells. I had no problem removing the lower pin but the upper pin that also holds the detent will not budge! I have tried both directions, even though it should not matters. I broke my punch so do I just go get another punch or two and keep hammering? Thanks OK! Do I have bad breath or what. 82 of you guys have read my post and no one has an answer. What's up?
  4. I am looking for an appropriate sling swivel to install on the butt end of an AK pistol. Can any of you guys direct me to where I can purchase one or more? Thanks
  5. Thanks! I will do just that.
  6. My black APG 12ga 10 rounders are difficult to lock in the gun. I just received two of the new clear gen 2 mags and they will not lock in at all. I think I need to file a little off but should I do this on the front or back lip of the mag? Thanks for the help guys!

    Opinions?

ATI has a new 6 position stock that also folds to the left. It locks in place short of the optics rail. It will not lock with the optics mounted however. So, just use the lever lock mounts, NP. Check out one on my S12...still a work in progress!
  9. OK. I just posted one of my S12 conversions. I did the 410 first and here she is! This one was a pice of cake!
  10. OK. Now I know I am a newbie and I have only been aware of the Saiga conversion stuff for a few months.....But this is the second S12 I have done myself using my son's gunsmith shop. So what do you guys think? Man I love doing these conversions. I have a 410, 20, 12, and 308. The 308 has not gone through the process as yet. My next project. I hope the pics post????
  11. You can find extras for your S-20 here. http://www.dinzagarms.com/saiga_20/saiga_20.html
  12. I have a Saiga 12 made in 2007. I need to drift out the rear sight. Do you drift it out the same direction as the fire control pins push out, left to right? Also need to remove the front sight bead. Does not look like it screws out. Any suggestions. Thanks A LITTLE HELP PLEASE.................................................
  13. I have been reading about some of you guys drilling out the gas posts for better cycling low brass shells. Is there any poat that have pics? Can someone suggest best way to remove gas block? It looks like about four pins to remove. If so, drive out from which side? Thanks
