  1. We have a custom shop for fitting these now, call our customer service for price and time. If you want to do it yourself, I would used an angle grinder, just remember to remove same amount from each side until it fits.
  2. People are starting to pick up, it will take time for the masses to understand how this thing works.
  3. I believe you'll be fine, the ribbed dust cover shouldn't cause any issues.
  4. I have to build a $35,000.00 piece of tooling just to form a one off AK style gas tube! This is one crazy wild ride............
  5. To swap from Saiga to Vepr config you switch out the Saiga trigger housing and remove the removable front mag locking tab. Then install the Vepr Trigger housing with magwell, that's it! Price $1400-$1600. Release date Late 2015 early 2016. Distributors are wanting on broad, we haven't decided this yet. The gas system is adjustable and of AK design, many after market parts will go on this weapon as that was the design focus from day one!
  6. A little WOC-12 update. Everyone is trying to guess how this thing is config-ed, and I'd love to expose more and I will at a later date. As it is I doing something few ever would by showing this much in the prototype stage but I thought people would really dig seeing a weapon being built from scratch.
  7. That's because you haven't removed any material from either side of the hinge area! These are not designed to just slip on a milled receiver, you have just sprung the hinge to get it over the rear sight block, so yeah that's not going to fit like that. I have attached an image showing you where to remove material.
  8. This is on a SAM 7R with a milled receiver.
  9. With a slight mod, removing about .03 off the inside of our hinge area on both sides will allow our rear rail to fit. People have been fitting these on milled receivers from the get go. You can't go by your comparison of the two pins shown above as the variables don't apply, hope this helps. yes.
  10. We discontinued them due to the cost to manufacture.
  11. The receiver and forward rail are not one piece, they are in fact two separate parts. The receiver is made out of 7075 aluminum, the rail is out 6061. Rock and lock, and Vepr style with magwell. These will take all the same mags saiga12 and Vepr take.
  12. Yes yes there is a molded mag well for the vepr version. Our sights is the only ones I have a drawing of at the moment. They sit way to low to use with this setup!
  13. Chaos is now an FFL weapon manufacture! We have been busy with this since late last year after the announcement of banning saiga's and Vepr's 12 I wanted to design something that is easily customizable and that we could realistically manufacture from the get go. The Chaos WOC-12 takes both saiga 12 and Vepr12 mags depending on which trigger group you order. Vepr trigger housing will have LRBHO. This design allows for a multitude of after market parts and configs. Quick swap out barrel's, rifled, choked, smooth, and even SBS with tax stamp. The receiver on the WOC-12 is made from 7075 Aluminum
  14. Actually it stands for weapon of Choice, but Weapon of Chaos works as well! lol
  15. We have started prototyping the WOC-12, we should have something in hand next couple months, that's all I can revile at this point.
  16. This could still happen with our Chaos WOC-12 coming out. Weapon manufacturing has moved to the top of our list but I've always wanted to build this and still may.
  17. Yes but you will have to grind off a little metal on the inside of hinge area on both sides for it to fit a milled receiver.
  18. With the birth of our Chaos WOC-12 these could still be in the works!
  19. bout one ugly ass thing, could it be more boring looking! It is thinking outside the box but looks like a box!
  20. An AK titan has a different rear key than the Saiga 7.62, also the Saiga 7.62 requires a split brackett that we manufacture for mounting the front of rail since there is no front hand guard retainer like on a traditional AK. You will require the AK Titan from what I can tell looking @ online pics of the Mak-90.
  21. The ATF was in last week and gave us the green light go on manufacturing FFL title 7, we are getting ready to file for our class 2, giving us the ablity to go into custom SBS, SBR's, suppressors. I have some new designs I'm sure are going to stand the traditional industry on it's ears, some people will like them , some will hate them, but most do resist change..........
  22. Differance between saiga 7.62 and AK is hardware, as far as a mak 90 I'd say it should fit. It may take a little fitting but I think it will go on.
  23. Our design is not a Saiga 12 knock off. We will be showing off our design real soon, it does take saiga 12 mags, or vepr 12
