Kind of stupid to copy and still make the lower where you have to do all the same mods as the MKA.

I tried to watch but the fucking air compressor was just to much. I did skip through and caught the hatchet job. lol

Hi fraserfab and welcome to the forum. We have found over time through our customers, dealers, gunsmiths and our own experiences that FTE's after installing a Chaos rail are generally caused by one of two things. Either the weapon is very near FTE already and the rail is acting as a stiffing bar and amplifying the already near FTE or the shells are striking something upon exiting the chamber. In your case you need to get your rail setup on your weapon properly (rail parallel and rear rail locking down) that alone could be causing you FTE's. If your rail is not sitting parallel to the barrel t

Again, I wasn't disputing rail specs. I haven't found a clear picture showing the typical clearance of the rail - gas block anywhere. I was told my front bead sight would need to be removed but it's in there. So I was wondering if my fit is decent or is it riding high? Thank you, Mr. Hadley for producing top-notch quality products. These rails are design to go on without removing your front sight, so what your seeing in normal.
-
There is no need of removing the front sight as there is a relief cut to clear the front sight! If you have to remove your front sight bead cause it is hitting that's means your gas block is severely canted.

Total around 250.

They're not cheap, but a hell of a lot cheaper than at the zombie gun shows where these have reportedly sold for over $2,000.00! These are an unusual one of kind piece of hardware that will only go up in value. I have had people tell me they've paid their mortgage be selling their Chaos Porkypine with money to boot.
-
These have been sitting unfinished on our shelf's for almost five years. We have been promising to finish these up for a couple years now but have been busy and not able to get to them. I finally pulled the trigger and put the order out on the shop floor to finish them up. these are the last remaining stock, these are not new production! When they are gone, they are gone! I had these laser marked in neon yellow green to signify these are the last ones, oh and that makes them Zombie ready as well.

Thought you all might want to see a Vepr with a Chaos Porkypine attached to it. Not going to lie, it would be the last thing you would want coming at you!

Thought everyone here might enjoy this old film on loading and firing 16" guns!

Our rail hasn't changed in sizing. We hold our rails with in .003 to .005

Got some rain!
cvhanh20 replied to psl sniper's topic in General Discussion - Any topic is welcome here!!!
This was in front of my property just down the road a couple weeks ago, 5.8" of rain in 2 hours. They had to remove an old man from his house by boat. All water was gone in less than two hours. -
Bottom rail is 6" long top rail is around 3 7/8" long. The front tab is 3/8" long, rear key is 5/16" long.

Just on the phone with Godaddy, they are not hosting that site, some company called JustHost was hosting them. Although godaddy does hold the reregistered domain and they can park that! Godaddy said send any info to them @ contentcomplaint@godaddy.com and they would review it to have it parked.
-
They have no affiliation with Chaos Inc. Total scam scum! Please help spread the word so good people don't fall prey.

You might look at having one of our Vepr 12 rail custom fitted. I don't know how far off they are but that's what another customer said he was going to do. If you need measurements I'll post them for ya, at least you'll know if you can make one fit.

You're not kiddin! Stamping is a whole different ball of wax. Believe it or not I actually started off as a metal spinning apprentice. Through out the years of being in the machining trades I've designed and built only a hand full of dies, never really got much into that market. When I started looking into mag manufacturing I hired one of the best die designers in southern Indiana, he's now retired but still comes in and shoots the shit every now and then. He is blown away at times with some of my designs and proclaims I like to push the boundaries a little to much. I have since taken over on
-
Since we are both working on the same project and you are beating me at this point, I guess I should throw my dies at you! I didn't know anyone else was working on 8rd steel mags, or I might have shifted gears months ago. We are not a stamp shop so we have been installing our press shop and tooling division for over two years now. We have been doing so to support stamped metal parts related to our rail business and our up coming mag designs. My hat is off to you, I know the work involved in this tooling and have started and stopped a couple times on our die sets with all the threats of bann

Happy Birthday Cameron!

Thanks everyone. -
I will never relieve the center of a rail unless I flat have no choice, I just don't like the look. These have tons of sight clearance. Cameron, do you have a time frame for the rear rail yet? I know, we just got the quad... At least you are busy... Not at this point.

Tightening the jack screws on the bottom lock everything up nice and tight! I see some mentioning of putting material between the set screws and barrel, I don't recommend this, as you want the set screws to bite the barrel a little so they lock in there.

You are welcome.

I had this thread unlocked to address other people who maybe having issues with FTE's after installing a Chaos rail, please stay on task, no more drama, thank you.
