Sorry to hear about your issues, Unfortunately In my business I have to sue people all the time. 9 times out of 10 if you spend the $300 dollars to file the suite upon receiving notification he will settle. You will also be reimbursed your filing fees if you claim them along with damages in your suite, the other advise is follow-up all claims made with a paper trail and supporting docs and emails ( save everything related to your case this is your ammunition!) GOOD LUCK...
  3. Hello new here, I set up a trust with Bob Howell who wrote the article earlier posted on this thread,. I would highly recommend him not only because he is highly intelligent but also he is truly a down to earth guy who loves discussing firearms and is amazingly knowledgeable about firearms.   4. Hello new here (my first post) but have leaned a bit about saiga 12s in the last few months in fact I have converted 2 of 3 I own with the help of this site. I also ran into the problem with the BHO. What I found is that if you push it up to far the retaining spring holding it down(the BHO button) will slip off and the BHO will get stuck and is a royal pain to release. My humble fix was to remove the spring which requires removing the trigger group, well half anyway really just the pin that holds the trigger. Then I used needle nose pliers to slightly bend the end that rests on the BHO inw
