  1. THANK YOU, JK for your input. That's exactly what I was looking for. As I recall, there's a dealer at this show that usually has Saigas in stock, and I'll have to scope out his price as well before setting mine. Thanks again, Noah
  2. I have an extra NIB with papers, etc, unfired Saiga 223 with the short barrel and five factory 10 rd mags that I'll be walking around a gun show this weekend. Can anyone help me with a realistic asking price in today's market? Thank you! Noah
  3. I want that stock. Call me at (305) 934-xxxx Rick. Sonny: Stock is yours then. E-mail me at: noah_zark77@hotmail.com Thanks, Noah
  4. Mags are SPF to Guido2, thanks. UPDATE 2330 22OCT07: Stock SPF to Sonny Crockett, thanks. Noah
  5. MAGS and STOCK are SPF, thanks. Four (4) five-rd Saiga 12 factory mags in as-new condition. Mags have been loaded and fired for function testing with Win AA loads and worked fine. $35 each plus $5 shipping, or $145 for all four shipped. MAGS and STOCK are SPF, thanks. One (1) Russian-made PG-style folding buttstock for Saiga rifles and shotguns. Fits all UNCONVERTED Saigas. ATF 922r compliance rules apply, this is an imported part. Attaches with two machine screws provided. $125 shipped. MAGS and STOCK are SPF, thanks. Terms are USPS MO or personal check if y
  6. WTS in PA: Saiga-12, 19" Threaded Muzzle, in box with papers, wrench, screwdriver, and one (1) 5-rd factory mag. This S-12 has fired approximately 125 rds total using 5 rd factory mags and 10-rd AGP mags, firing Win AA, Rem Heavy Dove, and Federal Buckshot loads without any issue. The S-12 is very clean with no dings, etc. Very little wear to internals. Bore is mirror bright. Reason for selling is that I don't like shooting it with the 10 rd mags. The mags are bulky, are in the way of my weak arm when shooting, and generally make the gun handle clumsy. I much prefer a Reming
  7. My honest take is based on acquiring a 19" S-12 with five rd factory and 10 rd AGP mags. Functionality with AA, Remington Heavy Dove, and Federal 00 Buck was 100%. No failures. With the short mags the S-12 handles nicely and is quick to get on target. The 10 rd AGP mags give firepower, and are certainly "cool." With the AGP mags, the S-12 is (IMO) clumsy and awkward. The 10 rd mag strikes my left (weak) arm. Some may use the contact as a brace, but it doesn't work for me. I've tried the S-12 with the factory stock and that Russian made PG/Folder, and with the bulky 10 rd
  8. Thanks very much for your input, Genocide and Killasoundz. Any input from others? Noah
  9. Gonna be selling an S-12, and have some extra 5-rd factory mags and AGP 10 rd mags that need to go also. What's the going fair market value on the 5 rd mags? Thanks, Noah
  10. +1. All the tactics in the world don't matter without the correct strategy. Noah
  11. K1196A: Thank you for the kind word, Counselor! Saiga is still available! Noah
  12. SOLD SOLD: 22" 308 Saiga converted to accept a Choate "Drag" stock, includes a 6X PSO scope and SIX (6) Eight-rd Saiga 308 mags, some of which have been modified to accept 10 rds. The triggerguard was moved forward and a standard trigger installed by the previous owner, so if desired, a buyer could easily install a PG and AK stock in place of the Drag stock, but it's up to the purchaser to ensure 922r parts compliance. This was a fun project and the result is pretty high on the "coolness factor scale" (IMO), but truth is I do not like the eye relief and field of view of the Russi
  13. I've bought the EG-made Wieger steel mags from IO that fit the Romo SAR-3, four for $60. At $16.50 ea including shipping, it is far more cost effective to slightly modify the Wieger mags to fit the Saiga 223 and function perfectly, and the original poly Saiga mag still works as well. Further, the modified Wieger mags still function 100% in the SAR-3. Works for me. Noah
