  1. I would hazard a guess that this was all semi-automatic firing. The accuracy is substantially more divergent in automatic fire. In slow motion video, it's suprising how dramatically the AKM-47 whipped around in comparison to the M-16. Other than that, the effective resolution of the sights is less. But as you have demonstrated, you can compensate for that.
  2. this is all that Seattle defenders will see.. followed by and then...
  3. Turn the lights out... and you wouldnt know the difference... warm...soft...wet... you'd never know... he was referring to Matt Hasselback [ he'ld have to shave his back first ]

  5. I like the "sheapards crook" that replaces that spring. It makes deassembly/reassembly much easier for cleaning. http://www.blackjackbuffers.com/index.php?...6a054f61dd1ba18
  6. No, its listed back now. Before "wolf" wouldn't show any ammo in the search.
  7. Well, after a little over 4000 rounds, my Tacpoint finally died [ the horror! $89 ]. At first I thought it was the battery, but no go. I started taking it apart [ more curious than anything, since its out of warranty ]. Well, it was very simple to find what was wrong! A bad soldier joint. If you will notice, there is no "strain relief" on it at all. So, it was bound to break sooner-or later. The recoil stress, especially since it was hard-mounted to the Ultimak rail. So, I spend $0.05 worth of solder, and a dab of hot glue ( to act as strain relief ) and she's good as new! On th
  8. Cheaper Than Dirt just dropped *ALL* wolf ammo.. something is definately up...
  9. I picked up myself a little "xmas present for myself". It is a replica Colt 1873 chambered in 38-40/.357mag, 4 3/4" barrel, made by Uberti The overall build quality is excellent. [ I'm not an expert on old guns, so can not say how "authentic" it is ] The trigger is what astounded me. It is easily on par as a mid level 1911 [ i.e. Kimber, SA, etc ] I can see what they mean by the "balance" on this being just about perfect. The grip is alot different thou, have to get used to it. Just need to get some proper leather, and I'll be duking it out in the wild west..
  10. Again, I can only speak for Florida. But the castle doctrine has been defended in court numerous times. One of the most "famous" involves a paramedic responding to a heart attack call. He had to break in thru the window, as the front door was locked. Unfortunately, he broke into the wrong house, and was shot by the occupants. THe occupants were found to have commited no crime, inspite the EMS person not actually posing a threat. This is the new/current law: Section 1. Section 776.013, Florida Statutes, is created to read: 776.013 Home protection; use of deadly force; presumpti
  11. that is actually true in many states. It is dubbed the "castle doctrine", and legally, it is presummed that someone unlawfully entering your house intends to do harm. of course, if you live in NYC.. you could still be cited for not having a legally registered firearm, etc...
