  1. bought a couple, still had some at the E-store.
  2. Wish I had bought a drum for my .410, anyone know of where can buy one reasonable?
  3. As it was stated many times, depends on where you happen to be when shtf, so have one of each, and enough ammo to survive.....period! But it also helps to have friends with guns as well!
  4. Corbin, count me in man, sounds like a good time to start the Mi hunting season off, can I bring my uncle D? he just bought his second Saiga, a 7.62x39....and he loves BBQ, and Beers after the shooting is done...of course!!!
  5. Started with a s12 I bought when my uncle bought a s20, needless to say....I've just put a 5.45x39 on layaway to complete my Saiga family.....12,20,410,7.62,.223,5.45,.308....now just need to mod these one at a time....and be legal beagle...well....you know!! reliability is the key, AK is the shit!!! Just ask Will@Red Jacket!!!!
  6. Sounds like a good time, eastside of state but 3 hours away, how many Saiga's can I bring? None are full auto....but...did someone say BBQ?
  7. I went to a gun show here in Michigan today, only seen 1 Saiga, a unconverted 410 for 700.00, left and went to On Target in Kalamazoo, they had 2 410's for 499.00, a used 7.62x39 for 479.00(talked my uncle into buying), a .223 for 499.00, and a 5.45x39 for 499.00, that I bought to complete my collection of Saiga's, unless they make a 7.62x54 in the future....than I'll buy it for sure!!!! I remember when I bought my first Saiga....199.00 for a 12gauge!!!
  8. NOPE..TIRE'S WERE FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks for the compliments!!got to get it back out in the spring!!! Still haven't had time to shoot the .308!!!
  9. Just picked up my 308 tonight from on target, can't wait to fire it...will get pics soon... but here's one of me this last summer...playing around in the stang!
  10. Reddog.....got the nickname from a friend...because I use to drink that beer, also how I got hooked up with my wife...the caps had saying's on them....she ask me over and I checked the beer I just pulled out of the fridge...it said "get it"...so I did, so it just kinda stuck. BTW Cobra... here's a video of the stang...
  11. Wow, sounds like the same ones I got from J&G for .89 cents each.
  12. I second that, the piece of shit should be consitered a terrorist and be whacked.
  13. I tried a 30 round steel AK mag, it went in, but did not click in, a little filing and it clicked in. Hand cycled a couple of rounds and it worked. This was after I put 5 rounds in the clip, I put the rest of the box of 20 in it and lit them off. All went good, until the last round got jammed. I guess this is why you need the ramp feed or a stronger spring to eject the bullet into the chamber.
  14. Metal sounds like it maybe the best way to go, but than again, dip the finished metal piece in some of that liquid rubber stuff and wahla, strong, slippery surface.
  15. Lithium, I've got one and would recommend an adjustable one for the extra 75.00. The 8x42 is blurry unless the object is at least 75' away, so if you need to shoot closer than its useless! Also the factory saiga stock is to long for the scope, this means you have to lean out to reach the scope. Not very comfortable, but I'm in the process of making a .89 cent AK thumbhole stock into one for my 7.62. The nice thing about the saiga, is that you can quickly change your scope to your other saiga's!!!
