Cobra is cooking some HOT F'n ass chili right now, in tribute to Carroll Shelby! Long live the king, and yes I'm using one of his Shelby chili starter packs just for this pot! Maybe it will turn into a new "quick chili" recipe I use again, who knows...it's different most every time.

Thanks Doc, that's definitely in the works. The reason she's in the particular place she is, is her daughter who lives with her and takes care of her is a head nurse with about 30 yrs experience, and she works at the hospital where the hospice care facility is. She said she knew they would take the best care of her and she would even be with her, or near by, when she was away at work.
