I did my Saiga 12 in three color desert camo it turned out well and lasted well. The trick is to let them cure for 30 days in a very warm place up high or in furnace room.I have coated well over 40 guns and even mix my secret green sniper colors.

I have been trying for some time to get my gas selector loose looks rusted we have salt here on the bering sea. I have driven some pins out but would like to know how to remove the gas block. I may just have to drive the old one off and install a new one. I have talked with a few guy on ak sites and would like to maybe see if I can mod my 20 ga into a center fire like a 308 or 8mm or 6.8 rem I have a stainless 700 rem barrel & know a guy who wild cated a saiga lower by turning a rem 700 barrel I know just buy a 308 but looking to do something fun anyone?

had an intresting time with the saiga 12 today the detent pin on the serated push button on the rear of top cover was sieze in down pos so when shooting top cover would fly off . Is there a wrong way to assemble the saiga as I dont remember it kicking so damm bad I was useing full house fedral 1.7/8 dram fed lead loads boy kicked like a mule any way will the ak 47 to cover & spring interchange with the saiga? I off to check a frinds mak 90 top cover any input men

If you have a bottom picitinney rail I have used crimson trace style contured like a 92 beretta hand grip with laser in red arms throw lever mount on & off slick and use on your other guns with bottom rails 465.00 steep price I know but you get what you pay for very tuff unit
