  1. ITEM IS SOLD, PENDING FUNDS. For sale is one "like new condition" Mossberg 590A1 12g shotgun with 18.5" barrel, Surefire 6v 623LF (LED bulb) forend light, ghost-ring rifle sights, 6 shot side-saddle carrier, and speedfeed stock that holds four shotshells (two on each side). Like other 590A1 shotguns, the fire control parts are all metal. This Surefire forend includes their P60L LED "bulb" which stands up to shotgun recoil much better than an incandescent bulb filament. Shotgun was purchased new and is unfired since leaving the factory. The only marks on it are some surface scratche
  2. Best solution is to buy the kross hellion railed handguard for the S17. Very nice piece of kit for around $130. Joe
  3. #595 sent in to Tromix today. Joe
  4. Got mine a couple of days ago. It's really a "must have" for anyone with a Tromix S17. Very, very solid. My opinion: Tony should start offering these as a "factory option" on the S17. Joe
  5. Thanks for your thoughts guys. I'm now leaning towards the S06. Joe
  6. It looks like I'm only a few months away from getting the call from Tromix, so now I'm getting serious about deciding what I want him to do. I've got an S17 (his 8" SBS) so I'm thinking about either the S02 or S06. The S02 has the 16.5" barrel with permanently attached brake, while the S06 is the same except the barrel is 19" and the brake can be removed. I like the look of the shorter barrel, but I'm not sure I'm up for a permanently attached brake. Thoughts? Experiences? Thanks, Joe
  7. I'm just wondering if the non-NFA Tromix-converted guns are marked with "Tromix Broken Arrow, OK". If they aren't, any chance that one could request such markings on, say, an S02? Seems like this would be a nice guarantee of authenticity down the road. Thanks, Joe
  8. "The List" is Tromix's waiting list and it's full until 2011. Joe
  9. Yes. OK, which of these two rail kits is the one? MAA has both of these listed under "tromix parts." I'm assuming it's the shorter of the two. Are these rails plastic or metal? Thanks, Joe
  10. I've got an inbound S17 and I'm wondering about the best way to mount a vertical foregrip on that short little tromix S17 handguard. Does one of the tromix rail kits work with the super-short S17 handguard? If not, is there another "add-on" rail kit that you all can recommend? Thanks! Joe
