  1. LoL these were long gone....i have one on my rifle now....othr was sold on arfcom. LoL
  2. finally got another ak74 fsb, I ended up reaming the fsb to .592 and fitting it on my oversized saiga 223 barrel....I duracoated the rifle last night and assembled it today. The top rifle was the nightmare saiga conversion but its a complete conversion, ak74 gb and fsb, bottom rifle has a ak74 fsb only. Funny story I ordered an ak74 kit from apex gun parts because I couldnt find a ak74 fsb ....So I ordered the kit to take the fsb...then the same day I find a mint ak74 fsb for sale for 65 bucks...now i have a complete ak74 kit i dont need. heres both saiga 223's completed....going to shoot
  3. SELL ME YOUR AK 74 FSB, CAN PAY THRU PAYPAL ASAP AT YOUR ASKING PRICE.....
  4. thanks! sorry I didnt mean to sound like a smart arse.....but yeah now i can move forward with my other saiga 223 project.
  5. Update!!!!!!!!!!! I ended up getting another ak74 gas block today and drill out gb with a 5/8 drill bit...... This got measurement to 6.26ish with my dial caliper. I used a round file and a dremel to get it to .631 (very carefully took measurements after every pass) heated gb to 300 degrees and with a hard mallet popped it into place. I feel alot better now. heres some pics of my adventure....hope this helps anyone that runs into this....no one here helped me.....97 views, not even one reply.
  6. I tried to do a full ak100 series conversion with a older saiga 223 I bought at a killer deal. I ordered an ak74 parts kits and went ahead and removed the gas block and fsb. Well to my suprise the fsb and the gb were way to small....I actaully measured the diameter with my gauges and found the saiga barrel is .631 @ the gb and .591 @ the fsb. treid to ream out the fsb and gb but the cheapo harbor freight reamer got destroyed in the process. When I measured the fsb the reamer didnt do shit but make it smoother. the ak74 fsb are .571 and the gas block is .591 I actually gave up and bought
