  1. I don't use the BHO at all so I have not experienced this problem. All my conversions, shotguns and rifles, do not include the BHO because it gets in the way of your finger when on the trigger. It takes a little practice to load a fully loaded shotgun mag without pulling the bolt back, and if you need to pull back a little bit on the bolt with one hand and install the mag with the other it is not that hard to do. It takes a little finnese.
  2. Try the gun shows. A couple of weeks ago I got lucky and found an ammo dealer who was selling Federal Premium 12 GA 3" sabot slugs for $4.95 a box, such a deal!!, I bought all he had. 3" slugs are particularly hard to come by these days. Also Dick's sometimes has them at a decent price. I love using 3" slugs now that I have a shotgun that doesn't kick like a mule, and they go exactly where you aim them at up to 75 to 100 yds., no lobbing like with the 2 3/4" slugs. Good luck on the ammo hunt. Here's a shot of my boys at the range for their test firings.
  3. I've installed them on all my S-12's. The only problems with them is that they are about 2 inches longer than a regular collapsable stock, and if you're going to use a scope mount on the side rail it won't fold all the way and lock. I must say I did like the way the regular T6 collapsable stock felt up real close but I think the folder is the way to go. If you're big and tall it's really great, it extends way out there.
  4. Why not get the best of both worlds with the ATI Strikeforce left side adjustable folder. That's the stock I use on all my Saiga's. It's especially good for big or tall folks with a long reach because it extends really far, and it has the adjustable cheek rest and butt pad as well. It's very reasonably priced ($70 delivered from Natchez, part#ZGAKA3600). The only drawback I can see is if you're really small because fully closed it's a little long because of the folding part.
