  1. Whats the story on the milled AK in the pic? Im really liking that furniture.
  2. I love it! That is too cool. Question, do you drill a hole in the filter first or let it shoot through? ..and are you running it wet in the video?
  3. This is SPAM. The Spammer has gotten into the forums and is sending PM to members redirecting them to a spam site. Block and report.

  4. I read through all those friggin post and get to the end and NO PICTURES????? WTF!!!!
  5. I just want to know where you found that avatar picture. VERY nice. :-)
  6. Lots of mags, few customers and now competition from Surefire. I would be thinking about a "special" one time price drop to move some inventory and recover some of that investment while the opportunity is there to do so. Just an idea.
  7. I'm just amazed that some people here have so little tolerance for people who made a HUGE investment of money and time not to mention risk just to fill a small niche market for "us". I'm not saying folks don't have the right to complain if they feel the need but lets keep things in perspective. These mags are actually REAL and actually shipping. It wasnt too long ago we were begging someone, anyone to take on this project. Now that someone has, they get shit for it. Bringing a new product to market is not easy. Give them some space for Gods sake.
  8. OMG!!! He is showing actual penetration!!!!!
  9. Guys, I really dont understand the need to discuss parts count in open forum. We are all aware of the common interpretation of the NOT Law. To date the number of people brought up on charges of a parts count violation is a whopping ZERO. You wanna know why? Cause they know its rediculous and virtually impossible to prove. If I mine and produce a piece of steel bar stock here in the U.S. then send it to China to be fabricated into a part is it of U.S. origin? If I take a part (receiver stub) that was machined in Italy, then chopped up and sent to the U.S. as scrap, then I weld it
  10. The Kalashnikov was never intended to be a "sniper" rifle. The fact that our Saigas exist in .308 cal was more a marketing tool than anything else. If you want a bi-pod on your Saiga, go ahead and stick one on there. I like the Shooters Ridge unit as its a Harris knock-off for half the price. If your worried about affecting the barrel with your bi-pod you should worry more about the gas block. But you could always mount the bi-pod to the front of the receiver like the Dragunov SVD uses.
  11. Im wondering why you cant just mill a mag from a block of aluminum. You can harden aluminum up to a point and you can certainly anodize it black.
  12. Oh, please. Troy is your buddy! You know he is taking care of you. Very nice build. -----------------
  13. Considering all we have been through on this issue Pro-Mag may be the first logical step considering they are already making a AK waffle mag. The obviously recognize the market potential or they wouldnt have tooled up for them. If we can get them interested in our Saigas then perhaps we can work out some kind of deal. Its not like we have manufacturers lined up to make'em people. What do we have to lose by reaching out to them and asking?
  14. Has anybody contacted Pro-Mag about making a .308 20-25 round mag? They are making 30 rd waffles for the 7.62 x 39.
