from what little I understand tromix did that on purpose. Ergonomics were better like that i suppose. The extra hole has me stumped though, give it a little time, someone who knows more will be by i'm sure.

Wish i could be of more help, only thing i've done is order tromix stuff from them becaws Mississippi Auto Arms dosn't seem to want to ship to NY. They are good about keeping in cantact with you and keeping you informed about your order, but from what i've seen the shipping is quite slow. *update* Talked to keith from tak 47, great guy, had a error on the website that listed my product as shipped when its out of stock and he's trying to get some more in. I guess i'm not the only one franticly trying to gather guns i think will be banned. Great guy though, called him up asking for a update

I have 2, at first for the 922 part i grabed a AA accelerator piston, but i grabed up a chaos one as a backup if i don't like it. I havn't seen anything on here about it. Anyone used it or am i a guinie pig without knowing it? not that that would be that bad a thing, i still have 2.

I've seen a lot of very strong feelings against buffers in AK's, but i noticed quite a few people listing them as having them. Is it a matter of personal taste or are the naysayers just the loudest? Maybe the S-12 is somehow different? Some beautiful saiga's here. Makes me that much more anxious for the rest of my parts to come in.

My question now would be is the one i just got subject to this problem, or is it already fixed? I live in the great white north of central NY, and would hate to have to have that bastard fly out into the snow on me...
