  1. Oleg is a good guy to deal with. I've always got the goods and like you, once a few years ago there was a order mixup and he quickly made it right... 44
  2. It's a crapshoot really, though I am sure these all fall into spec Russian wise. I currently have 4 examples in front of me, both I.O. imports have straight rails, sights etc. I am able to move the lower hg on one of them though it does not sound a severe as yours. Out of the two Legion guns I have, sights are straight and both hg`s are good to go, though one of the top rails are off slightly to the left by a MM or two. My first two early fixed stock Vepr 12`s both had nasty canted top covers which were both fixed under warranty... 44
  3. I'll probably make it as close to pre-ban as legally possible keeping with the OEM stock. However, I did pick up a Molot metal AR-type stock adapter just in case I change my mind. Where did you find a Molot AR adapter, if you don't mind me asking? ...
  4. Papa, I picked up one of these Legion Vepr 12, and I see no difference in placement or size in the gas block holes compared to my previous Vepr 12 examples. All the markings on the barrel are identical as well in regards to length ( I realize there not though). How are the barrel holes configured on your Vepr? 44 I don't work for Molot, and my assumption is based on that: US V12 models has 19" BBL (482,6 mm) is very close to VPO-205-01 (ВПО-205-01) with 520 mm (20,47") BBL with Perm Attach FH , so actual BBL without FH is very close to US model). Have you gauged holes ID on

  6. Maybe I'm mistaking, but Original GK-01 is made from Al, not Steel (steel insert in al body only).I've seen a couple Custom made by Molot Ti GK-01 (I know their owner ), but have never seen or heard about steel version. Papa, I have 2 GK-01's on hand from Legion. The first is a brushed aluminum body with a steel polished threaded steel insert & nut. The most recent one from Legion is aluminum as well but it simply looks parked, and has hardening marks all over it every few MM. Both weigh 212 grams or 220 grams with the alignment nut included. 44
  7. In the past Oleg has sent a hardcopy store/ccard receipt via the mail prior to receiving the goods, this time however I rec'd the Vepr 12 hg's 1 week after I placed my order w/o any notice. 44
  8. I'm not calling any vendors out, its just what was going around when the first batch came up for sale and that most if not all vendors had "spare" 5 rounders for sale. 44
  9. To my knowledge, all Vepr 12`s whether from this batch or the fixed stock versions last fall were imported with 2 mags each. Most vendors removed 1 mag for resale. BTW all my Vepr 12`s have come with serial matching manuals. 44
  10. Yeah I guess that looks pretty screwed up first post an all. My bad. Here are the pics even though seven62 was quicker on the draw. 44
  11. Just a note to anyone on the fence about the weld. I picked up my Vepr 12's from RTI and I am very happy. All my topcover rails and sights are straight, and the welds on the folder should take less than 5 minutes as its just a tack. One of the welds wasn't even painted. 44
