  1. Well http://www.dinzagarms.com/misc_parts/fcg.html well compare them, It looks like it, and cheaper than Dinzag. I am not familure enough with both to offer advice on which trigger group is better. If I was looking at them I would probably go with Mississippi Arms I would think the delivery would be faster. Here is Dinzags current timeline from their website "Please allow 2-4 weeks for order processing and delivery of normal in-stock items and up to 8-10 weeks for delivery of custom fit furniture and machine work on customer supplied parts. If you need timelines or have questions, please c
  2. Well I dont beleive Mississippi Arms has the same Drop in trigger sets that Dinzag has since he machines them so they will work best with your gun. Dinzag also has cool hole plugs to fill in those holes that get created when doing the conversion. So basicly depending on what you need but shipping currently from Dinzag on custom parts can take a month or so. I would checkout the website for more updates. Mississippi Auto if they have the parts you are looking for could possibly be faster all depends on what you order. I beleive when I ordered from them the item I got was back ordered so I did n
  3. I am unable to update or edit this post I am not sure why will try to find someone who can help with that.
  4. Sounds good to me always like to help others out. I have sent PM's back to both of you and updated the post with prices. I also let the post on AR 15.com know that the items you guys want have already been called out so you guys to get first hit at those items.
  5. The FCG must be modified to work with the safety on the .308. Or, the .308 safety can be replaced with a standand AK safety. Thanks everyone I went with the Dinzag trigger group, althought about 50+ more dollars if it really helps with issues and is more of a drop in and go configuration it is worth it.
  6. Thanks alot for the info i will look into those items, I was trying not to order from Dinzag because of the wait time. Currently Its about 4 weeks I beleive he said on his site. Your saying if I got with a Normal G2 I will need to modify, I watched all the vids I can I dont recall alot of modifcation here. just taking out the spring in the old triger and putting it in the new one. I dont know though if they had a special kit or not for the G2
  7. Hey fellow Saiga owners, I want to convert my Saiga 308 for now just to a new trigger group and a pistol grip. I have read these forums over and over and watched youtube vids. I want to make sure I order all the correct parts to complete this conversion successfully. Here is the list: AK G2 Single Hook Trigger Group AK Retaining Plate AK Cross Member Bushing & Rivet Combo I dont have a rivet gun so I guess the above item wont work, I did find this though http://www.tapco.com/proddesc.aspx?id=A5D0...57-8ABAC54CE1E5 Will this make it easer and help cover up any whole
