I am about to have a polymer side folder installed on my SGL 21. Should I go with the 4.5mmpin or the 5.5mm pin? Pros/cons?

Optics Question for Draco SBR. Which would you choose.

Aimpoint T1 -
Check your numbers on the parts of the gun. If they all match, it is highly unlikely that the gun was built from a kit in the US on a FEG receiver

Romanian Wasr-10 Barrel Threading issue
BlenderWizard replied to danner240's topic in Other AK Rifles
If it is not threaded and it already fits up in the brake, you don't have enough meat on the barrel to thread it. It looks like one of those that has had the threads spun off of it. Sorry -
Yeah, I asked Ray at Saigatech a couple of years ago to cut my barrel and weld on a brake and he lost his shit. 2 weeks of going back and forth. hammering out details of my conversion-to-be were lost, because I refused to talk to him anymore

Im prety sure he said (in a previous thread), that there is no gas piston and the gas block is welded, thus making it a straight pull back non semi auto. Among other uk requirements. Sorry... I must have missed that

How did you get a Kalashnikov in the UK?

So, this would work? http://aa-ok.com/bolt-carrier-full-auto-ak74-for-5-45x39-cal-rifles.html

I have read a bit about cracked bolt carriers in Saigas. I have an SGL21 with the same BCG/piston as a regular Saiga. Would it be advantageous to swap in a TAPCO piston (with the flange) to help prevent the carrier from cracking?

ENTIRELY different animals. Like saying a SAR1 is the same as a WASR, Nothing wrong with a WASR, but they are different They're really not. So they have a dimpled receiver, so what? They are made in the same factory as the WASR, by the same people, on the same tooling. Anything that applies to a WASR applies to a Draco as well, up to and including potential for magazine wobble, since ALL AKs can have it to some degree. By that logic, all Romanian guns are the same You will hate that folding stock after some range time. That said, I just bought another one. I'd highly rec

I would honestly rate them about equal. I do not like the crutch, so I'd buy the Romy, but that's just me.

Up for sale is my Romanian G kit Build. This is no run of the mill garage built gun, It was built by Will at the now defunct W-W Firearms in Arizona. It was assembled on a Nodak NDS 3 receiver, it has full set of KVAR Nato length OD green furniture, has a TAPCO trigger (I can swap in an Arsenal, if you like). The "G" on the sight block was welded up and blended. All numbers match, except for the dust cover. Comes with sling, cleaning rod, buttstock cleaning kit, and a muzzle nut or slant brake (your choice), and one 30 round metal mag. The gun has been professionally Ceracoated matte blac

Not so much a welding question, but what is the best method of grinding the welds down after filling superfluous holes in the receiver? Sorry if this has already been posted/asked

Alright, I am wanting to SBR mine... what is involved in attaching an AK100 series folding stock?
