  2. That shark brake looks medieval, or maybe just evil. Even with no ammo you'd still have a weapon. BTW, viewing all the pics at the link he uses I think Tony wins the prize for the most bad ass sick schick accumulated, made, manufactured...whatever. Are you seeking counseling dude? Dave at Elite has some nice stuff, but Tony's is just over the top evil/cool looking. Stuff you wouldn't take home to ma cause it would scare the crap outta her. I think it's a sickness anybody that checks this forum has but you got a major dose of it Tony! Hats off!! Also, do you have any employm
  3. I bit that hook too, hopefully will have one to test in 2-3 weeks.
  4. This is a very nice 1911 Commander Clone in 9mm. Colt 9mm Commander mags work in this pistol! This is a 9+1 capactiy full size 4 1/4" single stack pistol. The original blueing is bright and looks great. The right side grip panel has a small chip in the bottom corner, you have to look close to see it. This pistol is much nicer, and more closely resembles a mil spec 1911 commander, than the mini-max or some of the other plastic grip type Llama's more commonly seen. $250 if in, or around the Austin area, $250 + shipping (to FFL) if not.
  5. $200 for the scope kit, and have a couple of sets of very good 30mm rings besides the set it comes with available for $50 a set...they were more than than new and haven't been used at all. This scope was purchased from a local gunstore that had it displayed on a rifle for about a year. When I purchased it pieces of the center piece were loose. It was sent to ATN and repaired and is 100% functional and has only seen about 10 shots on a 6.8mm AR15. This scope is rated for use on up to a 300 Win mag. The included BDC cams are for .223, .308, 30-06, .270, 7mm Mag, and 300 Win mag. The
  6. That's about how the IM's went. I fail to see your point and need to start blasting me. As I stated, have a nice day...and life....bye. This is the first time I've posted on this particular thread...too bad it has to be the 'ugly'.
  7. chapperjoe, this morning you sent me this PM: "Unless you're name is Gaham and I already got your MO! I've sold a lot of stuff in past few day.... just lemme know. " I took that to mean you're confused about what you've sold to who, I'm not "GAHAM". I replied that if the 3 mags I discussed purchasing from you are gone then I'm ok with it since that's what I read into that PM and because balancing the accounts over the weekend showed that I couldn't afford to get a MO for you in the mail yesterday and I'm sure as hell not going to send you a personal check potentially made of
  8. I can't say enough about CZ's either. I've had a CZ 75 SA 9mm, with a Kadet .22 slide too, for about 5 years now. I like it better than my competition 1911 .40 cal that cost more than twice as much. In fact I've thought seriously of selling the expensive 1911, don't worry I have others , and using the cheaper CZ for IPSC. Even if I'd then be shooting Minor class I don't think I'd care. I'll have to try the heavier Wolf spring in mine, they fit the 75/85 right? Also, I just traded another pistol for a P01 with with 2 hicap mags, an M3 rail-mount light, extra wood grips, and an IW
  9. Cool, you're kinda borrowing from the 1911 design, at least the same type of direct rearward pull anyway. It's very interesting and probably has a lot of potential. But, getting a working prototype together would be the best way of determining if this could turn into something. Installation would take some time I'd think, but machining the parts is a totally different issue. Unless you've got something borrowed from existing sources?
  10. Yep, gotta be the buffer. Hell, I can't complain tooooo much about this. Just means I HAVE to go to the range again honey....
  11. Has anybody ever experienced a problem with using a green Blackjack Buffer? I'm not knocking the product, I can tell a difference in the feel of the recoi. And I love the safety lever I got from them, that tab makes it so easy to operate the safety while holding the p-grip. But, I'm getting fairly frequent feeding issues since I put the buffer in. It's almost like the buffer is bouncing the bolt back too quick causing the bolt to catch the new round so the ass end of it stays in the mag. Last Monday (4-24-06) I went to an indoor range to shoot my S308 since I'd just made
  12. Nice job on the mags. I like your Kimber BP Ten as well, those things are awesome for the money. I used to have a Stainless one that I fit a Dawson Para magwell on and had several highcap mags with Dawson +3 basepads. I could fit 17 rounds on those suckers, , 18 fully loaded!! Anyway, nice mag for the saiga. As long as it works I say...and looks good enough that your not worried about being seen at the range with it.
  13. Thanks! BTW, I'll sell just the rifle with the original pair of 5 round mags for $1100.
  14. The Steyr is very, very nice. As most of them are. I have another Steyr, an SBS Tactical .308, that will be buried with me one day. This .243 Scout in black stock with full length top rail, integrated bipod, flip-up front and rear backup sites, extra mag storage in the buttstock, hard to find 10 round mag adapter and impossible to find 10 round mag is a helluva package. Just the rifle is easily worth $1200, the 10 round mags (if you can find them!) are $100 +, the mag adapter is $50 or so if available, and the (brand new) scope is $250 minimum. This a 6 pound rifle with a 2 pou
