  1. Yes, and Handcrafted Match .308 runs about $.53 a round.
  2. Savage Model 10 FLP "Flat Top" in .308, Choate - Major Plaster Varmint Stock, Timney Trigger Set to 1#, Leupold Long Range Target Vari-X III 8.5-25x50mm, Nightforce 2 piece rail w/20 minute slope. Set up the rifle you want. Not what someone else wants. But, if you don't learn to reload, you will never realize your rifle's full potential. Not to mention, factory match loads in .308 are not cheap, not by a long shot.
  3. You might want to verify legality, before you show up at the range with it. Dragon's Breath, Flechette, and Bolo shotgun shells are illegal here in Florida, and this is a gun friendly state.
  4. Listen very carefully: "...the individual and social investment in light weapons must be redirected... http://www.wnd.com/2006/05/36377/ http://www.opposingviews.com/i/entertainment/michael-douglas-joins-anti-gun-violence-campaign This Fuck Head is the worst of the worst, and he is the U.S. Represenitive to the U.N. on Arms Control.
  5. Experience can be a brutal teacher. A little common sense and forethought go a long way.
  6. Great. I run the same stock on my other S-12, a converted Kalisnikoff USA, for the same reasons listed above.
  7. Ran 60 rounds of Remington 2 3/4" Buckshot. Used the factory 5 rounder, 10 round AGP Gen 2, and the MD Arms 20 round drum. No malfunctions, even dumping the drum! Winchester Buckshot would not run this SBS. No surprise. Neither would Federal value pack birdshot. No surprise there, either. I do not intend on doing any gas port work on this SBS, I prefer running high brass through it. I have another S-12 that runs low brass just fine, and I'm leaving well enough alone, especially considering it runs a drum. The Ace Club I have installed alows me to shoot the SBS folded. I am left hand
  8. I drove up to GA for a rifle match. Went ahead on up to Trenton, GA to visit their facility before the match. I have a Kodiak TL on a F-4. I wanted to hear it for myself, plus some of the other Liberty products. Dave and Teresa treated me real well. Down to earth folks, they treated me good. Went and had lunch with them at their favorite Mexican resturaunt afterward. I just sent them my 300 BLK upper, I now have their new Leonidas integral on order. I am looking to get an Infinity, shortly.
  9. No registration here. I took it to my CU and they notorized it. For free.
  10. Yes it does. I was born and raised there. That is why I left! I just cut it down to 12" and threaded it a few minutes ago. I am taking it to the range on Saturday to see what it will run. I will likely be doing some gas port work.
  11. I tried to get the correct exposure, lighting, whatever, to show the white letters, but I work 70 hours a week and my job is not photography. My F-1 just came back, I'm cutting tonight, I'll take another crack at it.
  12. Pending since 11-8-11 Approved 5-4-12. Received today.
  13. I've never used a signed and notarized copy, just a regular photocopy. I've had 4 approved that way. He may mean a copy of the Trust where the Trust was signed and notarized prior to copy. My attorney emailed my Trust to me and I still have that on file, no notary, no signature.
  14. Just for clarification, you are not the maker. Your trust is. Your trust files the Form 1. You put your trust's name in Block 3b of the Form 1. You will also need to have your trust's full name, city, and state engraved on the receiver or barrel. So keep your trust name short. If you made it in Willmaker you can export it to Word and change the name, take out "revocable living" at a minimum. Thanks, I was trying to figure out how to make a custom name and not just have to use my real name like Willmaker defaults to. I didn't want my name on my gun for privacy and that would be a
  15. I keep my .22 ammo in the top of gun safe #2. My other ammo in a utility chest. Components are stored in various designated cabinets.
  16. I tend to buy components in bulk and keep more than I shoot. Hey, we are talking about my Retirement Plan here!
  17. Sorry about your loss. I use the Console Vault. http://www.gunsafes.com/Console-Vault-%20Toyota-Tundra-Floor-Console-2007-2012.html Truck in the garage, gun in the Console Vault.
  18. I have had a Form 1 pending to SBS an S-12 since 11-8-11. Priced getting my S-12 engraved nearby, was told $135! Went up to the "Mountain Top" a while back and visited Liberty Suppressors. Tried out a healthy representative sample of their cans. Had a great time, but not a Blast. Liberty also does receiver engraving. Dropped off the S-12 and an AR receiver. Dave was unsure about the price of engraving the S-12, told me it could be more, could be extra setup charges. They had previously only been doing AR receivers. There wasn't. I was charged the standard $50, for each engravin

  20. During the more than 15 years I've been licensed to carry, I can't count the number of times I have had other drivers show their ass. At 1rst, I was startled, do these people realize the risk they take? Then, I became introspective. Had I ever engaged in this behavior? The answer was Yes, to a small degree. I've since became real peaceful. My wife is one for making hand motions on the road. I call her on it, won't have it. If I ever have to pull, I'm going to use it, period. But I won't be a part of the escalation to that point.
  21. You sidestep the CLEO sign off, fingerprints, photograph, and FBI check of the fingerprints. They say this speeds up the process, which I haven't yet noticed. I do feel that ATF really doesn't need my photo. Many local Sheriffs simply will not sign off. With a Trust, you can include your wife, so she can legally have access when you are not around. If you get multiple items, there is no need to visit the Sheriff's office each time. If your CLEO will sign off and you only intend to get 1 item, then a Trust is not practical. But then again, you are venturing into Lays potato chips territo
