  1. First he has done a lot more conversions then most of us. He also said he was putting on a bead front site that is on most US shotguns. Maybe the person that is having this done is what he wants. I know he is doing a screw build on this one that I would not do. I know all the arguments for and against screws, but I would not do a screw build, especially on a Sagia. He also said there are many ways to do the conversion and this is his. He does a very good job at showing how its done.
  2. Guero, mine looks like yours but has the regular handguard and long barrel with no front site. I guess I need to finish mine.
  3. From local gun store, august ´08. OK, Thanks. Thought you could still get one.
  4. Make, that looks awesome. Where, when did you get it? I don't have a pic of my 12c but it has 5 rivets.
  5. AGP work great. MD Arms drum is the shit.
  6. So what is wrong with expecting something to be made right when you buy it? Why should I have to get ahold of a company when something is wrong. Nothing should be wrong. It should work the first time everytime. There QC is not up to snuff if they can't get that before it goes out. Where I work you get one time to make a mistake, the second time you are dropped as a supplier.
  7. Where do you get that info? This has been discussed in great length on the 1919a4 board. Screws can be used, they are harder to do than rivets. They were built with rivets from the factory, but I guess they don't know what they are doing. The factory used rivets because that is the best thing to use. You can make your own tools to do the rivets. Go to any of he ak forums and they show you how to make your own tools. Rivets are the way to go.
  8. You'd have to do a SBS cause you can't do an AOW on a receiver that was already built into a shotgun An AOW is a $5 stamp. I guess they need to be built from the factory with a pistol grip. If you bent your own receiver? Thats what I was refering to. I would not convert my awsome Saiga to pistol. That saiga of mine needed no drum mod or AGP mag mod. Took it to the range yesterday and not a single problem with mags or the cheap Federal 71/2 shot from wally world. This gun rocks.

  10. Why do you think you need a virgin receiver? Or should I say a use a new shotgun converted to pistol. Yes I know about the AOW.
  11. Has anyone done on seen a Saiga 12 pistol? Can you get a Saiga 12 bolt and carrier, or any other parts anywhere? Would like to build one.
  12. I got mine and it needed no fitting.
  13. I got my drums yesterday. WOW awsome. Drum fit mine with no fitting. Fits nice and tight. This drum rocks.
