Can we order the top rail and have you just hold on to it until you are ready to tap them for your new sights?

I'll have to put it back on and check. Got frustrated with it and took it off. First time with it. I've never used steel shot.

I tried Xtra-full Open and Xtra-full choke at 10 yards had the exact same results. Both targets were identical. Both spread the shot into an approximate 20 inch circle, which seems way to large for 10 yards. I repeated this with both #8 shot and #5 shot. Any ideas, or is this choke just crap?

I'll be adding a holographic sight at some point in the future. Are these back up sights able to handle 12 gauge abuse? I'm sure they are, but since they primarily get used on ARs I thought I should ask. Anyone have experience with them?
