  1. I can hook you up in Fairmont, WV
  2. Can you make a weld-on version for the .410?
  3. I'm looking for one also. I may try to machine my own. How about the 74 Style brake without the threaded insert?
  4. Same question. I would like to cut down to 12" or 14". I would not jump through the hoops for 16" - 17" vs. 18". And who makes a weld-on muzzle attachment for the .410?
  5. Just curious if the inside diameter of a brake or flash hider is the same as the I.D. of the barrel on a shot gun or is it larger?
  6. Received my two from CSS today. Great service as usual. The card with the mags says for 3" only. Has anyone tried 2-1/2"? Curious why they would not work.
  7. I just got one today. New in the box for $375.00 A little steep but I was told the next batch from another source will be listing for $500+ ( I did not catch the exact price quote because I was in sticker shock when I heard five hundred) and they are not sure when they will get any more. Now if anyone wants it more than me....I would be willing to resell it for a price. But if you want it before it's fired, better speak soon.
  8. I'm not familiar with the ACE internal block. Can someone explain?
  9. Who makes that bolt on folding stock/pistol grip combo? And what's the price?
  10. Good going. Maybe I should check out the ones around me for an S-12. \ Good going. How much was it? I'm looking for one also to go with my Saiga-12.
  11. and while on the subject of the puck; Does it matter which end goes in first?
  12. Good review. where did you purchase them?
  13. Anyone have problems with the Surefire 12 rd mags not feeding properly? Shooting Feder 8 shot low brass on setting No. 2. The front of the shells are getting deformed when loading then not ejecting properly. Going back to the factory 5 rd clip works fine. Going back to Surefire and the problem returns. Any idea why? I may have two for sale.
  14. Where did you see the advertised price of $25.00? BTW, I tried my surefire 12 rd mag today for the first time. It hangs up about every 2 or 3 shots. I put the original 5 rd back in and not problems. Put the Surefire back in and contiues to hang up. Any ideas to resolve that problem?
  15. I know it's not the very best, but some Walmarts have a few of the Sentry Safe, 14 gun electronic (digital key pad) safe on sale. Suggested price from Sentry was in the mid $800 range. Were selling at Walmart for mid $400, then dropped to $389, then $299.00. I got axtra 10% so final price was $269.00. For the money, it's a good safe. You have to call around to find a store that has one left.
  16. The 10 & 12 rounders are a bit long sometimes. I'm going to get rid of my Saiga 5 rd clip. I hate to cut down a new 10 or 12 rd clip but I may have to.
  17. Does anyone sell U.S. made 5 round or 8 round mags?
  18. Ammunition Accountability Legislation It has already started... Ammunition Accountability Legislation Remember how Obama said that he wasn't going to take your guns? Well, it seems that his allies in the anti-gun world have no problem with taking your ammo! The bill that is being pushed in 18 states (including Illinois and Indiana ) requires all ammunition to be encoded by the manufacture a data base of all ammunition sales. So they will know how much you buy and what calibers. Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009 unless the ammunition is coded...
  19. Thanks for everyone's help. It sounds like the consensus is that once I install the US made piston, I'm in compliance. Please let me know if anyone disagrees with this. Jim
  20. Ah. I didn't see anything mentioned about the "intrafuse saiga T-6 collapsing stock". Just mentioned that the pistol grip doesn't remove an imported part, and he's using a "T6" stock. Correct, I purchased the gun with the Topco stock and pistol grip installed. So I assume I still have the factory FCG. Correct? But if I install the US made gas piston I will be good, correct?
  21. You didn't count the 3 parts in the Fire Control Group? (trigger, hammer, disconnector/sear) That confuses me even more. I can only have 10 import parts that count. I had 14 originally. I replace 3 of them with US parts. I did not change anything in the FCG. So don't I have 11 import parts that count? I have the gas piston on order so that would make 10, the perfect number, right?
  22. OK, thanks for the link. That helps. So please let me know if you this is correct: Saiga-12, 19" barrel threaded on the end with a thread protector. Replace thread protector with Poly Choke.............less one import + 1 U.S. part Replace butt stock with Tapco T-6........................less one import + 1 U.S. part Added U.S. pistol grip.....does nothing good or bad Replaced forearm with U.S. made one.................less one import + 1 U.S. part Installed Krebs sights........does nothing So I have replaced 3 import parts with 3 U.S. made parts. That makes it one part sho
  23. Please educate me on the compliance issue. Is the S-12 with 19" barrel legal as it is imported? Mine has been converted with stock, pistol grip and forearm all with USA stamping.
