  1. Thanks to each of you for the timely responses. I will stick with my original PG plan and go ahead and sell the Galil/R4 parts. My best. Tex
  2. I have an unfired 7.62 that I tore down for a pistol grip conversion in 2005 that I just got back around to and as I was rummaging through my AK stuff found a box with a bunch of Galil/R4 parts. Was wondering if it is feasible to convert the 7.62 to a Galil/Valmet type clone and any recommendations for a competent smith. If not, I'll toss the Galil/R4 parts. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Tex

Thanks much for the link, Gaddis. superA, you and I must shop in the same high -rent district. I guess I got a deal at $14,700, huh? Tex
  4. Do you think 'someone' on this forum would be kind enough to do that for me? Nice try! I would. I'd just set it in the back of the safe and there is would be until you decided you wanted it back. My daughters never-been-fired Polytech AK is still back there. Bought it when she was 8 mos. old. She is 7 now and it still has not been fired. I hoping she might this year!! Semper Fi, LB. Tex

  10. Eugene, I've been out of the loop for a while and was wondering what make stock is on this rifle. It appears to be shorter than the Choate. I like it. Thanks. Tex Thanks, Eugene. Tex
