First time, nonviolent offenders for one. Personally I believe we should be putting down repeat violent offenders. If they haven't changed by the 3rd strike, they most likely never will. Why continue to allow them to victimize their targets and the rest of society via the taxation to support their asses.
But I'm ancient school, I don't really believe in prisons. Esp the non self supporting type, farms/ranches. You work or you don't eat.

Back in the mid-80s, as an MP I used to help a buddy of mine with MPI run stings and investigations into stolen shit all the time. Thing is, Units over aquire shit and then have to get rid of it at inventory time or get less shit next cycle. We found a dozen brand new never used duece and a half tires in the post landfill along with an unused sighting unit for a tank, lol. Sooooo.....

During the course of the conversation I tell her that I never want to exist in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and taking fluids from a bottle. So I made it to Venezulea, and half way through a terrifying taxi ride through delapiadted mountain roads we get held hostage for 6 hours by machete weilding locals at a road blocade made of old cars. THIRD WOLRD LIVING BABY! GOTTA LOVE IT!

I really like the one that came on my RPK. Mine folds to the right but you can still manipulate the safety, charging handle and all. I did have to add a cheek rest though but that was easy. Enjoy!
