  1. yes. all Saigas and AK action rifles are regulated in MD. Yes MD has a 20 round magazine limit, to BUY them here. you can however go to PA, buy your 20+ round mags and use them in MD. You just cant buy them here. Ive asked several gun shops and 2 ranges about 30 round clips for my ARs in Md and they say its perfectly leagal to use them in MD, just not buy them. YMMV okay thats good to know now, i was in Fl this weekend, and they had AK mags, 30 rounds 15$ each. I would have gotten a bunch, or maybe a 75 round drum for my friend if i would have known it was legal to use the
  2. i just came back from the gunstore with some very bad news. Here in maryland, the regulated firearms include all AK guns. So the dragunov that i just bought, regulated and i had to get my father to sign for it and buy it because i am 19. While i was there i asked why, and he said it was because it was an AK "variation" (basically from russia, with love). Then i asked, what about the Saiga's, all of them.
