  1. Since magazines, or any "feeding device", is regulated separately from actual firearms in NY's ban.........the max capacity is still 10 rounds, unless the feeding device is pre-ban. Browse through this thread in Arfcom's NY Hometown forum, about the shotgun: http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=8&f=9&t=436727&light= I only read the first page, but the general consensus is that it's technically two separate 7 round tubes, so it should be good to go in NY. It feeds from each tube independently and you have to manually switch between the two, so it can't be considered one
  2. Whats the legal max capacity for a pump action shotgun in new york?
  3. I carried a glock 19 chambered for about 2 years, never had a problem. I had a bunch of close calls, knocked it off my night table, kicked it under the bed, completely missed my holster and dropped it on the floor (yeah, i have issues). Thats not to say there arent freak (or frequent) accidents. As far as generally carrying chambered or non-chambered, I think you'll get a lot of people from both sides giving their argument. I've seen guys draw and chamber their weapon quicker then guys who were already chambered. From my perspective, it all comes down to training. Mike
  4. hahaha, thanks bro! lil by lil the project comes together

Well shit, if you got the money for it.....lol.

Stupid question; are they street legal? It'd be funny to go through a drive through fast food joint in one.

Well my buddy's department down here is about to upgrade their APC to a newer model. I'll try to get the hookup on the older one, lol.

  6. Im looking for an AR lower preferably in NY... shoot me a message with price...
  7. Anyone is NY have an AR lower they're looking to sell?

  8. Love it! would love it even more if it didn't glitch as much.... I downloaded it to my xbox and it helped a little but during big fights it nearly slows down to a crawl... Bad ass weapons though... Love the Riot shotgun with slugs! Finally beat it yesterday on hard, dont have the balls to play it on hardcore... Always second guessing myself when it comes time to make a choice...
  9. Thanks Guys, I really appreciate the info and advice... Seems like a pretty good place to move to... I mentioned moving to Kentucky to the fam and got the deer in the headlights look... I was also interested in North Carolina but it looks like alot of other new yorkers are thinkn the same thing...haha Just need a change of pace... I grew up a city kid then moved upstate with the family to get away from all the chaos... The rest of the city picked up on the whole moving north thing and now its pretty much the equivalent of living in the bronx...
  10. Sweet deal! Thanks, that helped me out a ton... Are you familiar with Ohio? Any specific cities or towns i should stay away from?
  11. Hey, me and my family are thinking about moving but if we do, we want to go out of state. A number of states came up but one in paticular was Ohio. Can anyone tell me how strick the guns laws are (compared to ny)?
  12. I miss my Saiga 12

  13. I have to mention that the MPA's are considered pistols in new york and are currently on my carry conceal permit. You will have to check to see what your local laws are and what is required for you to obtain them in your state (if you are allowed to own them).
