  1. Thanks for the ideas, really had not thought about the slugs giving me the most accurate reading, will try that this weekend. Will try the other easy thing before moving to others. I just did not want a optic on the SG. Thanks
  2. For Sale or Trade Smith and Wesson Model 29-2 (1979), .44 mag, pinned and ressessed, factory nickel, 8 3/8" barrel. The gun looks very good with the nickel shining like a new dime. It has been shot but I think very little as it locks up like a vault. No box. It has the original wood grips, target hammer, target trigger, adjustable rear sights with red ramp front sight. This gun would be a nice collector piece, awesome hunting gun or you can play Dirty Harry with a longer barrel. Asking $700.00 or best reasonable offer Trades are welcome but it has to be something that strikes my
  3. I have a Saiga 12 with 22" barrel. I love the gun but my pattern at 25 yards is about 3-4 feet low and left. Now it has a heck of a nice pattern IF you move your point of aim if you aim dead center you will bloody his feet (right foot). Is there an easy way to move this POI? Do I bend the barrel? Do I need to put tubes in it? I have Saiga's in 7.62x39 and 308 and they shoot fine for me. Did I just get that odd gun? Thanks for ideas and opinions. PS: I thought it was my inabilty to shoot but it also happened with three other guys holding center mass.
  4. Mine just seemed too easy for my feeble mind. Thanks, I feel so much better.
  5. I read the thread by Danzag about the parts count and it helped a great deal. I have one dumb question that I can not seem to find the answer to. I have a nonthreaded shotgun. The thread states it has 13 parts, if I remove the mag and replace it with the US mag high cap mag why is that not 10 forgien parts. I do not have the "evil" pistol grip, folder, etc. What am I missing from the count. Thanks
  6. Thanks for the ideas. I shot it this weekend and was impressed with my pattern as it is. I have not decided what I will do or heck I may leave it totally stock. It came with a 10 rd promag which fed with no problem once I figured a few things out. Thanks again, ya'll gave me much to think about.
  7. I tradxed for a Saiga 12 ga yesterday. It has the 22" barrel. Is it feasible to cut it to 19" and thread it to take chokes. I read about the outside threaded choke adapters or is inside standard type chokes the way to go? I do not plan to convert the gun but would like the abilty to change chokes. Thoughts
  8. I'll take'm. PM or email me with payment details. m_kelly85@hotmail.com
  9. ATTN: People that live in areas that ban high cap. mags. I have got several 10 round Glock mags to sale or trade. Glock 17-2 (9mm) SPF Glock 19-2 (9mm) Glock 22-1 (40 cal) Glock 23-6 (40 cal) Glock 32-2 (357 Sig) Total of 13(11) mags. I hope everyone knows that all Glock mags will function in a smaller frame gun. ie: 17's work in 19 & 26, 19 work in 26, 22 work in 23 & 27, etc. These are "real" Glock mags, used. Some used very little all are in very good or better condition. I will listen to trades for other items (gun related) or I will sell for $16.00 a mag del
