This is BATFE BS. They cannot write law - which is precisely what they're doing with the parts-kit ban. A barrel does not make a rifle. It cause me to have a probloem with my favorite winchester turkey loads but I have since switched to leaving brass cased ammo in the loaded magazine. I think that taking out one shell would probably alleviate the problem as well but those squashed oval shotgun shells don't inspire confidence do they? Where are you finding brass cased ammo? What brand? How much?
