  1. Sorry for my wrong-ful wording. I intened to leave the catch the way it is. I guess im just going to go the route of 922 r complant and move the trigger group forward. Has any one ever welded the trigger guard on here. I intend to tig and take it rather slowly so I dont heat the whole gun up.
  2. First off I want you guys to know my father has a machine shop and I have free range on most everything. I will be preforming this job on a surface grinder so no half-@$$ job here. My question is should I go to work on the hammer here first or the catch. The hammer springs are still stock so it has quite a bit of pull. Should I start cutting the spring up or just buy a new one. All help greatly appreciated, Thanks. Oh I will post some pictures up of it.
  3. Does any one know/have a saiga 12 magzine well..Or does any one have the prints so I could make one.
  4. Friday I go to pick up my first saiga 12 ever. This will be the first foreign gun I will ever have owned. How should I treat this gun first off. Any thing special I need to do? What ammo should I be using. Is it safe to shoot slugs. I want to depend my life on this gun. I have read I need to polish the bolt. I have a full machine shop with surface, OD grinder, lathes and mills. I wish to make my gun 922 compliant so what would be the easy way out. I plan on putting the gun fixer gas plug on the gun being all the problems I have heard about the cycling. I also wish to put a magazine well on the
  5. Yes I also will be getting my first ever siaga 12 friday. What do I need to do and how to I treat it compared to other guns.. I have a full machine shop I would like to make the gun as reliable as possilble.
  6. not to take it off topic but does a drum magazine count for than 3 parts on the 922R thing? How many american made parts are in the 20 round magazine..These look pretty cool.
  7. I gotta get me one of these...How much are you asking for one right now?
